Went in for a late lunch, had the spaghetti with garlic bread. Pasta was great but bread needed to be toasted a bit more. Too much butter made center soggy cheese was not needed on it. Service was impeccable! Guy behind bar is a gem. Engaging and funny. Ambiance was pleasant and since it was after normal lunch time was not crowded.

I don’t recommend to come here. Pizza wasn’t that great the SERVICE WAS THE WORST PART! attitudes! from the girl who took the order to the one waitress who was serving the food. Literally the B resting face. We would say thank you n not a your welcome. She Banged out plates on the table a little like it set the mood horribly there. Definitely was not worth the price. You’re better off eating better pizza at Dominos! Worst $60 we spent.

Me and my husband ordered one pizza. It was $32 to be delivered for a large pizza. I got the tomato basil with extra cheese. It said it was supposed to have garlic had no garlic garlic is very powerful and I couldn’t taste any garlic. Also, the toppings were maybe the size of a personal pizza in the middle the rest of it crust there was about 3 inches of crust. If I had not ordered extra cheese, I have no idea where all the toppings would have been. All I tasted was cheese and bread. I could’ve saved myself $25 went to Little Caesars and got there Italian breadsticks. And it would’ve had more flavor. Won’t be ordering from here Again. Very disappointed. I ended up giving the last piece to my dog. At least he enjoyed it.Ok update I called and complained the manager gave me a $10 discount on My next order so a couple days later today I ordered the pizza again, but this time I added Marinara. It was delicious and made correctly. I loved it. They made up further mistake. I would order them again. Whoever made the pizza the last time I ordered to get new training.

Our first time visiting Pizza Italia on a Thursday when there is live Irish music ❤️ The food is delicious!! Your order is made from scratch, so it will take a bit until you get your it. It's worth the wait. The staff is very nice and attentive. There are special on different days of the week. We will be back. Mostly on Thursday because of the Irish musicians. Yes the combination is interesting... Still need to find out how this came about. ?

I am a longtime resident of the area. Pizza Italia has been very consistent in quality, portions and flavor! Family owned businesses seem to attract the "Karen's" of the world. Hence many of the negative comments are more about disagreements than about the meal. Here you will get a great pizza pie, Stromboli, spaghetti, lasagna or the Hero... My family loves the Mama Mia. The beer selection is amazing! We don't have issues with private family ownership doing what's right for their business. We love the place and have been dining here for over 20 years.

Come on Pizza Italia. Ive been touting your praises for years. Tonight your service definitely left something to be desired. I ordered 3 items for pick up for a time of 25-30 minutes. Showed up at 30 minutes and our order was not ready. OK I get it, everyone is short staffed. After almost an hour later I was presented with a stapled bag with what felt like 3 items in it. Get home to find the artichoke dip and chips were in separate containers and my sausage roll was missing. Headed back to the store, explained the situation only to be presented with my sausage roll in a bag that had gotten left behind. So not only is my sausage roll not hot, nor is the food that came out originally. Nothing was offered as a compensation. Advice to anyone ordering pick up…open the stapled bags and check your order.

This place was such a disappointment. Yall need to stop lying on these reviews. Frozen wet jalapeño poppers. Alfredo sauce from a tub and watery noodles. The pizza was floppy but really the only edible thing we received. Garlic bread dripping in margarine. 40$ wasted because we believed google

Ordered delivery and the pizza came quickly. However, the pizza quality wasn't much better than you'd get from a chain store at half the price. The crust was dry and there was barely enough cheese to cover the cost.
