I wanted to go through the drive-through for just a personalized pizza and a large water.. I was sitting there for over 30 minutes.. they gave me my pizza which barely had any pepperonis on it and they gave me a Pepsi instead of a water.. no napkins, no Parmesan cheese or peppers. There went over more than half of my lunch break!

Originally left a negative review due to a situation beyond their control. The manager/owner contacted me promptly to resolve it, even though I was in the wrong. Gave them another shot recently, and the pizza was fantastic! It looked great, held its shape perfectly, and tasted amazing. This experience has definitely set a new standard for Pizza Patron in my book. So glad I returned!

This place needs to SHUT DOWN employees don't wash their nasty hands I probably wouldn't be coming here anytime soon

Had a Receipt right on my Phone Order # and everything.. Manager Lexie said I needed a physical receipt and kid w/ the diamond neck Tattoo was threatening to call Police on me if I didn’t leave, because??? I’m trying to get corp email??. ***Hey —CORPORATE, YOU CAN HEAR & SEE THE VIDEO! Watch it, and tell me BOTH Employees don’t NEED TO BE FIRED! That’s how you treat a nearly DECADE LONG Customer??? Been ordering here 7+ YEARS ! Never had to deal with Customer service that ornery and aggressive, APPALLING tbh.

The pizza is delicious. The price is on point with little cesaers. But I must say the crust is wayyyyyy better. The staff was nice and friendly

I love the Pizza Patron App & pre-order so it's ready when I arrive after 2 jobs to feed my family & daughters 2 besties who sleep over w our notice.😀 Anthony is the best worker at this location w great costumers service. He helps a bad hectic day smoothly transition into a good evening... Thx Anthony 👍

They never answer the drive through intercom.They make you drive up to the window and order and at night, they block the drive through ordering window with. With one of their personal cars so they don't have to make any orders at night they turn off the lights inside so it looks like it's closed so they don't have to take any orders the wait is so long that people leave in the drive thru

Lazy ass workers can't even take a phone order down correctly

Other than waiting about 5 minutes longer than I was told when I placed the order everything was as good as it could have been.

Placed a order an hour ago and it still wasn't ready when I arrived. Witness an employee use his bare hand grabbing ingredients. Had to wait an additional 10 min because the staff didn't cook my cheese bread until after I walked in.
