Pizza Patrón Nacogdoches

I got out of my car and was greeted at the door by Kristina. I'm an elderly man with one leg, and I use a walker to walk. She opened the door for me and made sure I was sat down and comfortable. Figured out my order before going back behind the counter. Then, Griz put my order in a bag for me to make it easier for me to carry and once again held the door open. Amazing and greatly appreciated customer service!

I came in wanting to try something new, the young man in the front, I think the manager I'm not to sure, was so helpful and respectful . The staff were so nice with their suggestions. The pizza and wings came out soo good! They did not disappoint! This will be my go to for pizza takeout from now on.

When I first started ordering from this pizza patron. My orders would come out perfect and delicious. After months of ordering atleat 2 times a week the same order, I'm pretty sure they new who the order is for. About 1 or 2 months ago I ordered thru the patron app and than my delivery was canceled out of no where . I called the store. And the man that was there stated he still had my order. So I had my mother pick up . We she arrived 15 min later he said the order had been picked up . By door dash . After that I wanted to speak to manager. And he said he didn't know what to do. That I had to call tomorrow morning . Long story short. As of tonight I placed order thru the app. And my order was wrong . I tried calling the store and they didn't pick up. When I arrived at 1045 the door was shut when they close at 11. Thats what the sign says. So I told the young man that I wanted my refund . And I tried showing him the recipt no apology no nothing . Yes I got my refund. And as I was driving of one of the two employees flicked me off. These restaurant needes to stop hiring school kids they are lazy and do not have any customer service. Sorry pizza patron you need to do better .

Decided to try this place out due to the girlfriend seeing an ad. The restaurant was like a cafeteria with a small pizza oven that is basically automated. The pizza that was thin crust had hardly any sauce and was as thin as a tostinos pizza I can buy frozen for about a quarter of the price. The xl pizza was the size of a large pizza, just had a larger box with lots of empty space. The customizations I made when I ordered online were changed in the receipt so I wasn't able to get what I wanted drink wise because they can't swap anything. Overall I would say the pizza is overpriced, didn't meet expectations, and was the first and last time I will eat there.

I recently discovered Pizza Patron, and it's already become one of my favorite pizza spots for pizza to go! The crust was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispiness, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. The staff was friendly and welcoming and it was very clean inside. I will be back to try other specialties! If you're looking for a new pizza place, give Pizza Patron a try – you won't be disappointed!

I recently left San Antonio and didn't share my bad experience of Two pizza patron pizzas I had. First time, November of 23, ordered a pepperoni pizza through the ueber eats app, pizza was delivered with a burnt topping, cool, Not hot and fresh. I wanted to photograph the pizza and send it to management but didn't. in late December I wanted to give them another chance in hopes they'd make it Right, wrong, through the ueber eats app I ordered another pepperoni pizza and I got the same results, a cool burnt topping pizza. I consulted a friend about their pizza cooking and how I should have gone to management about getting two cool burnt topping pizzas, said it might have been the pies went through their oven and didn't cook evenly. Now in Houston I see there's restaurants here as well, I might give them a try.

We ordered two pizzas and when we got home and opened the boxes we had the wrong order. We called to let them know we received the wrong order. The girl on the line said okay no problem just come back and show us your receipt. In a rush we left the wrong pizza at home. We were almost there when my son said we should have brought the wrong pizza back because we are not going to eat it anyway. I told him it will be fine, just let them know we left in a hurry out the door and forget it. Well they REFUSED to give is the right PIZZA AND MADE US DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK HOME TO GET IT. At that point I didn't want to even bother going back but my son was very very upset over it and wanted his pizza. So we did and the guy opened the box looked at the pizza and told the other worker to toss it in the trash. Vert very very upset. This will be the last time we order anything from this establishment. We had to pay for their mistakes and waste our time and gas.

Got a burnt pizza called and talked to a manager that goes by Chico. Gave fantastic customers service no hesitation when I mention my burnt pizza, came In and pizza looked amazing, was friendly and definitely had title of a manager. Thank

The guy was nice....although he almost had me leave with my churros, he quickly remembered and got them for me. I went straight home to eat. Opened the box and two little roaches came out onto my table!! You don't know how fast that box went outside of my house! I am afraid of roaches, and to have not one, but two come out of that box! I will never go back again! Damn getting my money back or anything! I will just stick to my Pizza Hut!

I personally love Pizza Patron. They are my second favorite pizza place although that new Perezeroni pizza is absolutely disgusting. The Diablo Pizza is my go to and saw a new hot pizza that in my opinion was gonna compliment the Diablo.. .. Sadly not the case with this overly salty tasting waste of a perfectly good pizza. That sauce they added is treacherous. Has a horrible taste. Stick with the Diablo.
