I have been in line for an hour waiting for my order and that’s not even exaggeration there is literally one guy taking orders and making everything! A total of 6 cars have left 2 that were in front of of me and 4 that drove off after me. This is terrible service but also poor management to just have 1 person on a Friday night! After that hour and 12 minutes. wait a lady shows up with another guy.

And to top it off the guy that just showed up put on his gloves and lifts his pants with th gloves he’s about to handle food with. This is the worst service I’ve had at any of your locations. Still no one to the window.

To the guy in the pictures they should give ya a raise for keeping calm with no help and all those customers as for whoever the manager is which I am assuming is the older lady that walked in late she needs to get her crap together and prepare better.

Don't go there youngsters wannabe gangsters ( the workers) taking for evere !!! Looks like they are not happy working there , I was waiting for 2 pizzas 35min , when arrived one of them told me pizza in the oven will be done soon , yes soon 35 min !!! , they just work and walk so damn slow , throwing stuff around it with disrespectful faces looking at you !! First and last time I stop at that location .

What a first impression. It wasn’t perfect, only one problem. I ordered thin a the lady behind the counter, Dally accidentally made it with regular crust. Once she realized the mistake she came up to me and informed me of the issue and told me she’d remake my order immediately. While waiting for the second pizza, Dally cut me a slice of the remake pizza to snack on during my wait. Dolly was full of conversation and showed she truly cared about serving the public. As a food service manager myself, I appreciate the level of customer service I received from Dally at Pizza Patron on Nogalitos. Great work!!!

I use to really like this place but lately the pizza toppings are slack. I get 5 meat pizza and it only has 5 pieces of meat. 2 LG pizza and 12 wings for 42$ and toppings are slack.

Got a pepperoni and black olives made well done. It was made to perfection. Great pizza! Thank you, so much! We definitely be returning to this location.
