I’ve had to wait almost 30 mins for a large one topping pizza and bread sticks smh no warning at all. When did pizzas go from being hot and ready to 30 min wait for no good reason. This establishment is failing and it shows.

When I got my pizza 🍕, it was really hot and so good. I love this place. My favorite pizza of pepperoni and jalapeños. The best!

Food okay could be better

I went to Pizza Patrón expecting to grab a quick bite, but instead, I was told there would be a 30-40 minute wait for my order. It really felt like they were just trying to shoo customers away because they were too busy to keep up. No effort to offer alternatives or even a simple apology—just a dismissive “that’s the wait time.” If you’re running a pizza place, you should be prepared for rushes, not turning customers away when things get hectic. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Everything came out nice and hot! I think the cashiers name was Leia she was extremely sweet!

They take forever

Unfortunately I had to give them one star if given the opportunity id have given them zero. We’ve always loved Pizza Patrón, but after our latest experience, we’ll have to find an alternative until there’s a serious change.

We scheduled our pizza for pickup at a specific time, yet we ended up waiting over an hour past that. The customer service was terrible—long wait times just to be acknowledged, and every time we did get someone’s attention, we were given a different excuse or they just wouldn’t return at all. The last one being we were just waiting on the wings. Nearly twenty minutes later? Still waiting on the wings. No communication, no urgency, just a frustrating and unorganized mess.

It’s disappointing this level of service is unacceptable. Hopefully, they hire staff who can actually run the place efficiently. Until then, we’re taking our business elsewhere.

How does a Pizza patron run out of dough or are the employees just lazy and don't want to cook 🤦

John was so rude and racist. And there was only cheese pretty much on 2 of the pepperoni pizzas and on the Mexicana pizza more cheese and barely any meat toppings. He was so rude and knew we wanted toppings and personally screwed it up! Refused to refund. And refused to remake. He told me to call Jaime in a few days. This is awful we all came from out of town! Just look at the many bad reviews and 1 stars this place has!!

Just placed a phone order to pick-up, once I got there bout 15 minutes later..Find out order never went through, so I just left, didn't want to wait.

Took a little while but, worth the wait so delicious best pizza in San Antonio always!!
