Cargo van here. Drove 1300 miles this weekend to deliver at the convention center on Monday. Parked away from the building after getting gas. At 6:30 pm, a security guard came up to me and told me that the manager has him wake up all vans parked in the lot at 5 am. We need our sleep just as much as a semi driver. Only pilot I've had this happen to me in 20 years. The other van driver was told the same thing. Security guard was apologetic about it but his hands were tied. I thanked him for letting me know and moved over to the Petro. This station won't get any more of my business.

Everytime you put gas you can't use your card it always says please see cashier and when you go inside they are rude

Very small truck stop but at least the restrooms and showers were clean, it had a Subway restaurant inside located in a industrial area right off the interstate 10 not too far from the 410.

Came in for coffee and they had a variety selection. As I was getting my coffee I see an employee cleaning and maintaining. The manager was training and I overheard how important it is to clean all areas. This is good especially for COVID. Take a look around the store they have plenty to see. They have Jackets and shirts that aren't that expensive. They have items for your car and pretty nice mugs! I'm actually gonna buy some LED lights here for my daughters room. By the way this is a trucker store. Very continent for truck drivers.

This is the 1st Pilot I've been to that doesn't allow Cargo Vans to park overnight which is baffling to me given that I thought that's what the truck stops are for. Being my first time in this area... I parked, went in to take a shower, and then came back out to my van to get some rest since I just finished driving 2-16hour days in a row. I was happy to finally be able to rest without anything to do. I knocked out around 11pm but was rudely awakened by the security guard beating on my van window telling me I had to leave and that I couldn't park overnight. They have 30 min parking signs but every other Pilot I've been to across the United States that I've asked about those signs said that they only apply to regular customers, not the cargo van drivers. What baffles me the most is that I have a fleet card and I spend almost $1000 a week at these Pilot stations... not including what I spend inside.... so for one to kick me off the premises (of a almost completely empty parking lot) at 2am in the morning really makes me feel like they are doing bad business and maybe I need to take my business elsewhere to maybe a Loves or TA and stop being dependant on staying at Pilots. This truly saddens me because I would think that us paying expediters should get the same respect and treatment as the truck drivers. I will not ever be returning to this store for anything so I recommend that anyone else reading this does the same.

I waited in my car for the rain to stop For like 5 minutes than walked in I was told by the security guard that my if I had the vehicle that was abandoned there for a while which was not . I thought that was weird and almost immediately after the cashier asked me if I was ready . I haven't even looked to see what I wanted and had just walked in and was clearly being rushed. I travel throughout the us and not once have been treated like this at a pilot. Sub way girls were sweet though

Excuse my language, but There's a mechanic at this travel center being a dick, his name is Nathan! I said that because that's what came out of his mouth, I was getting some air for my truck and he had to park his motorcycle right next to me and I can't move and talking to his friend I talk to him about moving he said he will beat me up and lots of bad language. Im Writing this hoping this travel center will consider doing more training on their employees.

If you're looking for Propane. DO NOT COME HERE! I won't be stopping here again. If you're looking for a clean gas station, look elsewhere. Parking lot has trash everywhere. It's Saturday at 11am and no one to disperse the propane. No one bothered to come tell us. We waited like the sign said. Lazy employees chatting with guys. I gave 2 stars because at least they had gas.
