This was my first time trying a vegan restaurant, and it did not disappoint. It is extremely reassuring that everything here is gluten-free. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere is super cute. We ordered the jackfruit flautas, cauliflower tacos, and the kale Caesar salad. Everything was fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend.

The chicken from the chicken n waffles TASTED JUST LIKE CHICKEN n the waffles were so good , I also got the classic burger so good , it is pricey but so worth it 10/10

Finally decided to try this place and was disappointed by the service to the point I don’t think I would be back. The guy at the counter had no greeting or urge to be friendly. I expressed it being my first time and asked for suggestions, to which I got a vague answer that it was all good. Took my time reading through the options which I could tell he was annoyed which was odd given there was no one else in line and only a single party of two in the restaurant. When my order was brought out it was basically just dropped on my table without a word uttered. It’s a shame because the food was actually really good. The burger tasted great and the fries were delicious. Hopefully they’re staying busy but if not, then my first recommendation would be to look at the staff.

Why open up a restaurant in this location when you know well that the price for location is beyond your expectations! Your business wasn’t thinking about the customers but high end and boujee area! Your go fund me is so uncalled for when knowingly that you were too expensive for the predicament you put yourself into. Do not take out on your customers. Someone should have done their research prior to! My daughter stopped going for that reason! I would suggest that you move to an area where you don’t have to take from your customers for a mistake you made! Change your menu and prices so that it will suit THEM! I don’t need to go to some FANCY building to have vegan options! We are all dealing with high prices as well! So be considerate! Improvise a new strategy/plan for Plantology, think of something out of the box! Don’t go down as the business whose last resort was to give up! Fight for your business and show the customers you can get out of it on your own! Bring in another business’ to your establishment, you’d be surprised how many would love to work with you! Maybe PETA could help out! Fight damn it fight! Oh and most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I read some of your other reviews! Customer service is your number one priority! If you are out of stock on a particular item, customer doesn’t want to hear, “ no, we don’t have it! Take it off the menu! You might want to find some volunteers that will be willing to help out at your restaurant. Good luck.
