This location seems to have gone downhill in terms of quality and service. Upon walking in we were seated a table that was unstable with multiple pieces of half eaten food underneath. I asked the front host to move to a better table, of which they checked and sat us at one just two tables down. As we sat, we waited 15 minutes with no server coming up to our table to even ask for our drink order. I then had to get up and ask the manager at the time if there was a server for our table or not, to which she responded “Which table are you at? Oh we cut that server so there’s no server there.” Ok? I proceeded to then tell her we had been waiting for 15 minutes with no one even coming to ask our drink order but the tables beside us were being helped. She was rather condescending and responded with “Right, I just told you there’s no server for the table.” I said “Right, well your hostess sat us there, so the point is we have been waiting and need to be served.” I won’t even go into detail about how slow the service was once we even got a server. This review would go on forever. And let me just say, it was nowhere near busy either. Definitely recommend another location.

Overall, my experience at Pluckers was decent. The wings were tasty and the atmosphere was lively. However, I was disappointed by the margarita, which fell short of my expectations. It lacked the robust flavor I was hoping for and had almost no Patron tequila (despite the extra shot). Despite this, the service was attentive, and the wings made up for the beverage disappointment.

For starters the waiter forgot to place our appetizer order then offers to bring them out after our food had arrived. Secondly we get our food and everything from the wings to our fries were cold, this included our kids meals. Our waiter had 3 tables and no telling how long our food sat in the back. The manager offered to comp one of our plate, which was a nice gesture but overall disappointing. The food was not the disgusting. Would rate 0 stars of possible.
First time visiting. We had lemon pepper dry rub wings and medium buffalo wings. They were ok. I like how you are able to choose all flats or all drumsticks. The margarita was good, but drinks took forever to get.
