The man Andre has been nothing but awesome to us, there's definitely a few other faces but I can't name them. The food is excellent, and well worth the price. Only problem I've ever had was finding a small bone with the wings, but that's how you know they're using fresh chicken. The music is a little loud. It also cost money to play a song, but what bar dosen't charge for song requests. All In all, absolutely love the place. Will always have a special spot in my heart??

We are here for a game at 2 pm. Witch kids . Food is great servers are awesome. It’s quiet right now but everyone come they have Billards,darts, and lots of televisions no fried pickles doe bummer..

The management team on location is so good you can always fight one up front the service is amazing and the atmosphere is great the music is played through a joke box so you can sneak in your own flavor of music always a fun time

We had 4 people in our party for Billards and to watch the Canelo fight. We paid our cover, got a table, was introduced to our server, Mel (Melody Contreras) and ordered our first round of drinks (3 beers and a water). As she came back around, we ordered another round of the same drinks and an order of wings with fries. As she came around the 3rd time, a person in our party ordered their own additional food. Their food ended up coming before ours. We asked what happened, she stated that she had forgotten to put in the order. From that point, the service went down hill. We did not see her again for about 40 mins after we asked another server about how long it take to make the wings and fries and they replied 10-15 mins. Well, we ended up getting the order from Mel and she brought it with such negative body language. She would not talk much, used 1-2 word responses, wouldn’t say please, she was just off. We ask for her to close our tab and we will now be ordering straight from the bar.
Now Pockets did correct the poor customer service Mel was giving. Pockets was great. The food was spot on, the pool tables were clean and the match was shown as expected.
Mel asked us to move to a table, but we refused as we were there for the fight. She did try to interact with us again to push to go boxes on us when none were requested. She started to refuse to take them back. We ordered the rest of our drinks directly from the bar.
I wish her well. Honestly, I want to believe she had a bad night, but as we look at how she interacted with other parties. It was a hit or miss with her service. Either she had a smile or a negative face while serving.

Thank you Pockets for the hospitality and great food! We will be back, but in hopes to not have Mel as a server

We had a Birthday celebration on Sunday September 8th, and we had the best service ever, we had about 40 plus people and Andre did an amazing job, he was on top of everything, food, drinks and just making sure everyone was taken care of, Great job Andre we plan to be back soon, the food was amazing, thank you ?

On monday, August 26, i went to Pockets to have a good time with my friends. When it came to paying the bill, i gave my server 150$ cash for a charge of 96.08$. 100$ bill and a 50$ to break it down and tip him (10$). Change was correct. Mistakenly, i signed off on the merchant receipt charging my credit card 96.08$ after paying the server cash. Might had been a bit on the tipsy side where it went over my head. Just noticed the charge went through, so i called the place up and well respectfully got the reach around and told to deal with the bank because they dont have time to check the camaras for this transaction. Im aware that it was my fault in a way, but i believe this issue could easily get resolved by just checking the camaras and talking to the server. Place is nice and servers do a good job but this is more in the managers and general managers end where they could straigten things out for a loyal customer. Literally provided a date and a time.

Shytan was our server and she did a fantastic job! She made sure we were taken care of and definitely made up for the bad service we had from a stuck up server the prior week. All my friends agreed and due to that, we will come back and attempt to have her as our server
