Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We all been there. We order something through the drive thru at any fast food joint and we get home, the meal is incorrect. Frustrating.
Shout out to Frank, an employee that corrected my meal w/o questions nor hesitation upon my next visit, once I told him the situation. Great attitude, very polite and had a friendly approach. #respect #leadingbyexample

Ordered 2 large fries over an hour ago for my kids to be delivered over an hour ago. Place is about to close and they are still “Working” on my order. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picks up either. Terrible service.

Went to kfcc and they had no chicken. Went to Popeyes and they had chicken! Slight over sight by the very uninspired youngster at the window but my drunk kid wasn’t on completely. I saw it just as I grabbed it from him and the kid flew off and drink spilled over my arm. Had to wait a few seconds for him to snap that I needed a napkin. Was asked to pull forward to wait for order. While waiting noticed another person return with an incorrect order. Got our order. Missing one drink and missing one side. Also asked for 3,4 of one sauce and 3,4 other sauces. Got 3 of one of the sauces and the straws we’d asked for. No apologies, no thank you for your patience. Just a zombie expression and walk away from that young dude. Someone check his pulse.

I wish I got the ladies name that took care of the drive-through. She had wonderful customer service. I went today around 11:40. Am .. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.
Food was hot and fresh and the amount of food I got was equivalent for the cost🙂
Thank you for doing it right where other locations isn’t the same? I have a long drive just to come to this location.

This place should be shut down nasty customer service especially the little old lady ,acting like a manager, and the other lady cursing at a customer with a customer witnessing her bad customer service, she wouldn't give me her name tho but work in front with some bergendy hair extensions, then she took her attitude towards the next customer, me and my family rush eating, and couldn't continue seeing this ,and left ,never again would come here to eat with family my kids felt unsafe,

Just really terrible customer service. Watched an older lady get treated badly when she was simply asking question about the menu. Two other people in line were also given attitude.

Awesome Chicken. Staff was courteous and attentive. Atmosphere was clean and well kept. Definitely a good stop for a good meal.

I asked for 4 piece, leg and thigh. They even confirmed my order at the window, but they still gave me breast, wings, and leg! If you're not gonna do my request, please let your damn customers know!

Went in today to get my order remade and the regional manager personally fixed my problem thank you so much food was made perfect will keep coming back

It's nice to have a neighborhood restaurant that is close to home serving fresh, hot, delicious food with fast friendly service. Thanks for never disappointing with food quality and service

Lived in the area for years. I can promise this popeyes location is one of the best nearby. Not every spot is perfect, mistakes can be made. But this popeyes has always done me right, without being rude about anything like some other locations or restaurants can be. Can't remember the last time ive had a problem with food quality here either.
