I rarely come post bad reviews but the food from this location this evening was horrible. I ordered a 2 can dine and ghost pepper sandwich combo that I picked up through the drive thru. I was missing one side that I caught prior to leaving the restaurant so I did go inside to get it. I wished I checked the whole order.

The 2 can dine deal was missing a piece of chicken. How do you miscount 5 pieces of chicken? The wing was toddler tiny, the breast was dried out and overcooked, and one of the legs looked like someone took a bite out of it smh. This location continues to go downhill year after year.

Check it before you leave. Extremely small chicken. $27.00 8pc dark all the bones from 4 thighs and 4 legs fit in 1 family coleslaw container. As example 1 leg smaller than 3x3 post it note. Check the pictures.

This place really needs to work on just everything. Whether it's an online order or a drive thru order, you're going to be waiting for 30+ minutes. And when you do finally get your order, it's NEVER what you ordered. They always end up getting the order wrong. Missing items, food cold, wrong items.

I got a six dollar box with a breast and a wing that was spicy and I was completely dissatisfied. The spicy chicken was extremely dark as if the grease were old or if it has some sort of topping on very strong food critic, and I believe in giving honest and valuable reviews at the time that I visited the store I was not impressed nor was I satisfied

The soda fountain was neglected, dirty and old, the sodas were horrible. The food is good, the hand soap smells disgusting but that's how many fast food chains use it.

This location is TERRIBLE!!! I placed an online order and as I drove up to the window the women was waving her hand to 3 other co workers who were standing in the front just talking and saying there is a mobile order then a white/hispanic male looked outside and said "oh go park somewhere over there and someone will take your order out to you". So I parked and waited for 20 minutes, I went around to the window to see what was taking so long and as I drove up to the window the same male open the window and replied "what?" I told him I had been waiting on my food. He looked shocked and was surprised that I had not gotten my food. It was sitting on the counter where 3 black women we're standing just talking. Like nobody wanted to bring out my order. He gave me my order and I still had to ask for my drinks. My order was cold, dry and soggy it seemed like a sauce was busted at the bottom of the bag and it got all over the containers. Definitely do not recommend going to this location.

Have you ever had a whole conversation at the drive thru about your order. Then you get to the window and they ask what you ordered. What was the point of the conversation. I was literally the only person in the drive thru

Got Popeye's popcorn shrimp, very small shrimp with a lot of flower on EVERY piece. Chicken birger tastes like sea food because they use the same oil.

These people are ridiculous! We ordered 20 spicy reg wing, the girl with the braids didn’t add it up right, we never paid that much. They gave us everything but the right order. We got back to the hotel order all wrong. We had 2 cups of water on the receipt, it had 2 bottles of water for 5.38, I will be calling corporate. No one has sense.

Stopped by to grab some chicke Sandwiches. They were delicious as always. Had to wait a bit at the drive thru for someone to answer... but when the lady realized I had been waiting for so long she was so apologetic that it made up for it.
