Do not go to this location the. I ordered two chicken sandwiches they both taste like they had freezer burn. Both the sandwiches came out to about $25 when I asked why is it so much they said sorry you're at a truck stop they know truck drivers have money so they jack up the prices of little bit. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Always a poor experience at this location. I’m never going back. I’m sick of it. Yesterday takes the cake. Was made to order on a kiosk, the “cashier” was rude to start then straight ignored me when I had questions. Had to leave because I was unable to complete my order. I love Popeyes, most delicious (albeit overpriced) fast food out there- but, I don’t get to go much. Interactions like this keep me from wanting to go back. Being treated poorly when introduced to a new system outweighs my cravings for delicious chicken. At least these terrible experiences keep me from feeling like I’m missing out on something that is otherwise great.

Just picked up my order and got home it was not correct. I paid an extra 4.58 to upgrade for 2 breast instead of legs and they gave me a regular 10 pc. I never have problems at this location. I can't get anyone on the phone 😔 I live 20 minutes from the restaurant. I decided to pick up dinner while I was waiting for my husband to come off the road.
Ordered online. Still had to wait 20 mins on food. Biscuit tasted like cooking oil. Wings could have stood another 2 minutes cooking because they are bigger than normal. Black woman at the counter could use a customer service update. She thought I was a Door Dash driver so I guess she treated me accordingly. This location used to be the best....

I came to this Popeyes today. I order 3 piece chicken white large combo meal. They can’t even count up to 3 . I got 2 piece chicken . I had to ask for my cup for a drink. The worse service and dinner from Popeyes I have ever encountered. I got to my hotel. I’m not going back. I can’t prove it. Because I couldn’t even get receipt for meal. I will never go back here.
