A negative zero I waited 18 minutes before my order was taken with only one person ahead me. I ordered all white two piece and got home all dark meat chicken looked like cooked in old grease. I called 5 times to report incorrect order no answer. I came by next day and was told by manager couldn’t help me without the order. If they had answered phone after 5 times I would of known that. I requested a home office number and district manager name. She stated she didn’t have numbers or a name. I don’t need free chicken it’s the principal and lack of accountability. Never going back..

I went here to get a family meal with a large gravy. Instead the cashier told me they don’t have the capability to give me that big could sale me a small. (Ya made no sense)Then I said well can I buy it separately from the combo. Then she asked the manager and she said they couldn’t do that either.So I leave and go to the one off Potranco and told them what happened. I bought my gravy and left a happy customer.I see why the on Horal street has so many negative reviews. I go to this one because it’s close but I’ll drive the extra miles for better service and people that know their job.

You can't beat Popeyes chicken for what it is, but it's the poor or lack of customer service that Marbach location is missing.Sat at the drive thru order box longer than anyone should, waiting for someone (anyone). I eventually initiated the conversation to order.Pulled up to the window, and she looked and spoke like she was 'lost' or 'confused'.

This is the slowest fast food place in the area. I only have 45 min for lunch break. Never greeted. Waited 5 minutes while cashier making other peoples orders. Only a few customers in dining room. Only a few cars in drive thru so not really busy. They are just slow and not friendly to customers. I went to Taco Bell.

I use to go to this place to buy items they have. My mom likes their macaroni and cheese that’s why I ordered today using the app. I ordered 10 pc chicken with two sides. They told me that they don’t have macaroni and cheese today. That if I want fries, and I said yes. When I got home I noticed that they didn’t put the fries, but they put macaroni and cheese that looks very bad (maybe they gave me the left overs, or the food at the very bottom of the casserole). I told my mom not to eat it, and I called the store, and asked them why they did it if they told me something different. They wanted me to go back to get the fries. But honestly, I don’t want to go back again. Not even to buy chicken.

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I've ever been to, and I've lived around the world. Not only do they never have the food ready to go, I mean waiting 20 minutes for regular 3 piece wings- not blackened or saucy, just regular.The staff stands around blinking at you instead of communicating why your simple order is taking a ridiculous amount of time... do they have to kill the chickens themselves? Are they growing the potatoes for the fries by hand? Do they have to have a New Orleans, Louisiana style funeral for each wing? What is the actual problem?Go to literally any other Popeyes for your chicken experience.
Why do yall never and I mean NEVER put the dang sauce on the chicken to cover it. So lazy !! What about that photo says sweet and spicy. Sad @2:30 01/20/24.

I saw that advertisement on Facebook, and my son feel in love with the chicken burger, so we went, and he loved his chicken burger, chicken tenders, and I loved the fries and the tea, omg the blueberry biscuits, awesome.
