You spend $10-$15 worth of food and can’t even get a wrench without them trying to hassle you for 40+ cents when it cost the company more just to run the card for a sauce and they want to dictate since you didn’t get chicken strips you don’t get certain sauces. A condiment is a condiment this damn sure is not McDonald’s or Nazi Germany. The Management really needs to do better.

The food is horrible! Not prepared accordingly and safe ,previously got over food poisoning from eating there ,gave Popeyes a second chance and ate at the location on Culebra, food was good there.

They gave me COLD CHICKEN. AN 8 PIECE FOR 23.00..NOT HOT AT ALL AND THE BOX WAS SMASHED...GOOD THING I CHECK ED BEFORE I LEFT THE DRIVE THRU.

The shrimp meal was very good, the ghost pepper sandwich was not very good, the sauce completely ruined it because it was super salty, and the chicken patty was not warm at all it was cold. The lobby was super clean and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, took my order quick and got the food in no time at all.

Got a gift card over the holidays and we went out of our way to get to your restaurant. I order the 12pc family meal and 3 jalapeños. We get our food and head home. I quickly look in the bag and it appeared like everything was in the bag. I make it home 25mins later and I'm missing the fries. I try calling the store over and over and no one ever answered. It's not a quick drive, and it's cold and rainy tonight. I was not gonna drive another 25mins to pick up fries. Waste of my gift card we had to eat or chicken with the dry ass biscuits. I will never waste my money on Popeyes again.

This used to be worth coming here a few years ago but not anymore. They nickel dime you for a freaking dip sauce!! Ridiculous
