Wrong orders happen far too often in fast food but people like Jonathan who make it right without any hesitation are how you keep customers coming back. Seemingly short staffed and very busy, he handled our remake with respect and keeps Popeyes as one of my favorite places to go. I rarely leave reviews but Jonathan's efforts definitely warranted it.

I normally go here but today it was all off whatever flavs we got wasn’t what we got odd sweet n sour n something else wasn’t it today at all unfortunately

The food is terrible. The fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was just barely warm. I will not be going back there

You need to clean the spouts on the soda fountain because I could literally taste the pseudomonas

Service was good , food is ok but yall need to check on your employees. While waiting for my order i observed a male struggling to stay awake , he looked so off as if he were high on some hard drugs . He could not stand up. I asked the girl if he was ok all she told me is she was trying to get someone to cover . I say this not to get him fired but please get him some help. And I also say this respectfully he’s at least working and not begging for money but get this young man HELP!

Love Popeyes but this one isn’t it. Sloooooow lines and wait times, always forget the sauce and utensils and bad service. Fooled me twice, not coming back

I am done with Popeyes. Never will I eat here again. Waited for cold food no utensils for my bland mashed potatoes, and all my wing sauce spilled out because they put my wings in vertical. Your franchise will never have the opportunity to take my hard earned money ever again.

Popeyes service in general and food seems to have been off... literally all across the Nation ..never consistent and almost not worth the money. this place was absolutely not like the rest and I have to admit I'm very impressed.. The fries were perfect and that's usually the number one mess up.

Taking an outrageous amount of time then we get to the window to pick up our order which is already 45 minutes passed To be told that we were gonna have to wait an additional 15 minutes this is Store number 7606 Guilbeau Rd San Antonio,Tx NEVER EVER Go There

I recently ordered Popeyes through delivery and I was so impressed! Joseph delivered everything super fast within 30 minutes and he did a great job. I got two boxes of Cajun large fries (my favorite!), 8 pieces of fried chicken for my kids, and two spicy chicken sandwiches for their friends. Everything was super fresh and delicious. They also gave us a TON of sauces—maybe a little less next time, lol. But it’s better than not enough. Overall, great experience with fast service and tasty food!
