Wrong orders happen far too often in fast food but people like Jonathan who make it right without any hesitation are how you keep customers coming back. Seemingly short staffed and very busy, he handled our remake with respect and keeps Popeyes as one of my favorite places to go. I rarely leave reviews but Jonathan's efforts definitely warranted it.
Service was good , food is ok but yall need to check on your employees. While waiting for my order i observed a male struggling to stay awake , he looked so off as if he were high on some hard drugs . He could not stand up. I asked the girl if he was ok all she told me is she was trying to get someone to cover . I say this not to get him fired but please get him some help. And I also say this respectfully he’s at least working and not begging for money but get this young man...
for many years. Popeyes service in general and food seems to have been off... literally all across the Nation ..never consistent and almost not worth the money. this place was absolutely not like the rest and I have to admit I'm very impressed.. The fries were perfect and that's usually the number one mess up.
