Been there a couple times. Good food, fresh. I've order the chicken sandwich with cheese, and loved it. Alsoif you want like a large order of chicken and ask for fresh chicken they make it! You will have to wait tho its worth it.

Food was fresh and hot but they got my order incorrect. Then argued with me that I didn't say which number I wanted. Still the place was dirty. I cleaned it table we day at. There was trash on table and floor. Also looked like someone spilled drink on the floor. Place was empty, just us.

Ordered through DoorDash (a partial mistake is online ordering), was missing multiple items including the biscuits, the sauces including the ketchup and ranch, and the drink was incorrect. The drink was switched with something that tasted like lemonade but had the most extreme aftertaste of a bathroom toilet where it’s almost gag-worthy, it was unconsumable. And if you’re going to charge for sauces at least give them to me. it tasted good, but coming from someone who also works customer service, double checking the bag only takes a few seconds, and in college we really don’t have a lot of money to throw around.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches fries, red beans rice, and shrimp tackle box. Fish was way over cooked to the point it was chewy. And fries were cold and soggy. Tried calling to have replaced but phone just keeps ringing until automated system says memory is full.

Food took over 35mins to get. Ridiculous. The lady at the register is failing that restaurant. If she moved with purpose more customers would be happy. They really need to let her go because that isn't the place for her. Need to get someone who knows that fast food requires you to move fast. Numerous customers were furious that we had to wait so long and numerous customers walked out due to not being served in a timely manner. Popeyes could make so much more money if they had the right personnel there. Avoid dine in when going here or it'll be at at least a 30min wait time.
