Tried giving me some DRY tenders the size of my pinky. See picture it doesn't even cover a third of my hand. I complained and their excuse was that's what their distributor was giving. I highly doubt that cause if so they need to double what they give out.

Walked to this store while my car was being serviced by the nearby discount tire and stood at the counter with no one else in front or behind me for ten minutes, without being so much as acknowledged that I was waiting to be served. Kitchen staff were toiling away with drive through orders with no one manning the registers, so it's clear they are understaffed and overworked, which I don't blame them for, but there wasn't anyone else there to help them or serve me. Absolutely poor performance and integrity from management, wherever they were. I've noticed this is a common trend with Popeyes stores around San Antonio, so store management and corporate really need to step up their game. Not that they care anyways. Abysmally disappointing.

Popeyes is always great, but my last experience was horrible. They had fast service and polite employees, but it was semi- packed, and I had to sit close to the restroom. When someone came out of the restroom, it literally stunk up the whole eating area. It was so gross. Even when I moved to a different side of the eating area, I could still smell the horrible stench coming from the bathroom. It almost made me want to never eat there again. Maybe they need better ventilation or some kind of scent dispenser. To keep that from happening again. So gross!!

First time at this location. Went in to place order to go and view the menu. The person behind the counter with the Mickey mouse hair style was busy making a order to go! I asked about the the combo difference? Instead of turning around to talk me,kept working on the order and could not hear the answer! After asking a second time, turned half way to answer my question! No one was in the dining room, just me placing an order! Not good customer service! The drive thru might have been busy, but do not ignore your customers at the counter !
