If I could I would leave a 0 but I can't worst restaurant ever the people work at night shift as getting nowhere in life food tast like if they left it out all day and dry chicken couldn't even breathe form a small bite

I spent 40 bucks and did not get my order. Can't contact the store because they got a wrong number listed. I went to the customer service chat and still was not helped. What is going on? Send me my coins please.

Came here around 1051 pm on March 11 the lady who worked at night at the drive very very rude slam the window at the customer didn't give him his order and she was rude over the intercome with me..never coming back here she was a black lady with glasses

NEGATIVE 10 STARS. I had the worst experience ever last night. I had went to the drive through to pick up the order and I watched the employee literally walk out and have a whole conversation with his friend, the employee and his friend (not employee) were both high. At first this didn’t bother me until 15 minutes had went by and I was still waiting and I couldn’t see any employees actually working. Then the employee finally opens the window and says “I forgot you were here.” His shirt was so dirty full of stains it was disgusting. The girl with the dark hair and glasses seemed like the only one working so shout out to her. She had to tell the employee (Caucasian man with beard) that my order had been sitting there the whole time. After 25 minutes I finally got my order but I had another order that I needed to get. For 20 minutes no one was by the drive through so I sat there yelling and honking outside trying to get someone’s attention to come over to get my other order. Finally the girl with the glasses saw me and then they made me order. While I was waiting the Caucasian employee with the beard was singing and yelling loudly the whole time walking around the store doing nothing. Then it sounded like they were having a party as they were playing loud music by Sexy Redd and then they were playing twerk songs!! I was shocked I have never seen worse customer service my whole experience was awful and unprofessional

I was told I had to wait on Spivey tenders which I did. They handed me the bag and I asked if everything was in it because I only saw the tray for the combo and not the sandwich. I saw the sandwich and left. I got home and somehow they forgot my chicken strips. I had to wait to not get my food. Then I sent my son up there and they wouldn’t give him any replacements. Absolutely terrible service.

Online orders get acknowledge to exist when you speak cashier. Expect not get your order for 45 minutes after you speak to the cashier. They are understaff and manager unwilling to assist their staff when the staff gets swamped. Also, they have most of the dining room lights turned off. Any other fast food place has better standards than this one. *Added: All review responses have the exact same text. The responses are probably being automated. Avoid this location.*

Worst Popeyes in the franchise. I've been through the drive thru, had to wait 30 minutes and still didn't get spicy. I've ordered through the app before and they wouldn't refund in store, I had to go through the app.

This time, I ordered a 4 pieces chicken off Uber. I received 3 wings. Not only are the employees incapable of counting, I got the smallest pieces of chicken for all pieces for $16. $37 total. If I wanted only wings, I'd order the wings on the menu. Trashy location, bad customer service, and horrible quality. Stick the one off bulverde rd.

Server was extremely rude. Menu says combos come w a biscuit. It does not say anything about sandwiches not getting one. Was very rude. Turned her back to me while speaking and told me I could call corporate. It was just a biscuit. They charged my friend for a large drink she did not order. The place was dead. No business. It’s no wonder bc they are so rude.

I ordered chicken and 8 piece. They had me wait about 20 minutes. I decided to go in and get something to drink. It was FILTHY! The floors, dried soda spills, the area drinking area, front counter where we ORDER! Filthy! The chicken was fresh. I appreciate that but I will go to the East Side before I buy chicken from here !

Staff were all arguing. I only got one of my sides and the chicken was charred. I didn't want to go back because of all the arguing amongst the staff.

Absolute worse location, the employees have a rude attitude. There is no one to serve you in the front , you ask them something and they yell at you, they scratch their heads and then touch the food, and the manager is the worst of rudeness

As soon as I got to the speaker box i was told to drive up to window and give me order there. So i did, and THREE workers walked by as i waited EIGHT minutes and finally started saying “excuse me” the young boy walked up and just looked at me, so i told him i was here to pick up a mobile order and i gave him the name. He walked away and i waited another five minutes before i got my food and we ordered large sides and got regular and didn’t get our sauces. I’ve never been to this location and i won’t be going back. A bunch of kids working who dont care
