Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went through the drive-thru and asked for a moment to look at the menu. I was then asked by someone else what I wanted to order. When I was ready, two people started talking to me at the same time, which was confusing and felt unorganized.

The food was not worth the price I paid. The biscuit tasted rotten, the fries were stale, and the chicken sandwich had small, hard bits. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all, and the soda was flat. The fried chicken was completely dried out.

I was so disappointed by the experience and the quality of the food.

Order was 100% correct! Food had great flavor and food was ready in a few minutes of arriving since I did order ahead.

Went to this place on my lunch break on 3/9/2025 got back to school 2 exits away. Fries where cold and nasty and my wings were cold. Called they hung up on me called back and no answer. I will never visits this location again absolutely disrespectful.

Elizabeth was awesome!!! She is super nice and made my order right! She was very kind and professional. Food was great and very fresh. Stopped by at night after work so she made our night :) !!

I'm never going back to this Popeyes location! Bad service they made me wait 30 minutes for my order, blamed it on a new cook who was pumping out other orders. Then they gave me cold ass biscuits and lukewarm fries! If you're waiting 30 minutes EVERYTHING should be fresh and hot! In addition to that the manager gave me a side of attitude like I did something wrong for complaining about how long it was taking. Oh and the restaurant was dead! All the employees were in the back corner of the restaurant and one even had their kid there. SMH very unprofessional

Worst experience in years at Popeyes. Old dry chicken they charged me for a bottled water when I asked for a cup with ice

They were out of Katsup and as I sat inside trying to enjoy my meal, the women that worked there were cussing constantly and talking bad about each other. I reccomend not going to this Popeyes!

Don't waste your time going to this popeyes, i'd strongly suggest just taking the extra 5 minutes and drive to the one on 281 near Evans because this place will either one mess up your order or two not even prepare your order because most of the staff working there during the evening shift do not give one crap about doing their job.

They have really improved the service and the classic wings are delicious. Everybody was very nice and helpful and it was a very pleasant experience

Wow! This one has set the bar for excellence! The eating area was clean. Service was excellent. Chicken and sides were yummy! First time at this location. We will have to return. True New Orleans taste.

The worst Popeyes I ever been, the place was filthy, floor and tables, and the manager started arguing with an employee in very high volume for a payment reason I personally never been in a place like this one before, I don't recommend this place for anyone.
