If I could give it 0 stars I would. After being discharged from the hospital we came to get a chicken wrap, because it said it was open . They were closing in 5 min . There’s was customers inside . So I figured it would be okay . Went through the drive through . They took our order . Had the lady at the drive through told me sorry ma’am we are closing soon then I would have understood . Instead she let me pay for trash! Waited in the drive through for what was like 20 min to then proceed to give us ice cold food . I asked for honey mustard wrap and was not given that . So I called the restaurant and was ignored . I have called the next day and still no answer . Cistumer service was awful !

Staff have unkempt appearance and unsanitary practices when handling food. This includes observing through the drive through window a male server comb both his hands through his large Afro, followed by making his own serving of fries (ate them behind the counter) then served our food immediately after without washing his hands. When asked to speak to manager to address concerns, this was minimized.

First off, toilet was backed up and water on the floor. Should have left then. Ordered and went to get drinks and C02 was out on the cokes. They said they would fix it. Got tea instead. My son ordered a chicken sandwich and it was okay. Not like it should have been. I've had them numerous times, and this one was shit compared to those. Ordered wings (6 regular, 6 lemon pepper). Waited 13 minutes. They both tasted like cleaning chemicals and did not look all the way done. Didn't eat them. C02 was allegedly fixed, but drinks were still flat. Now they had a chemical taste. Guy working said it was cause they cleaned the lines. Will never be back to this location. Ever. Go elsewhere!

Absolutely insane how they’re running this place. The only good thing I have to say is the Hispanic woman, which I assume is the manager, was working very hard. She had gloves on and was respectful. The two African Americans working here did not have hairnets on, did NOT have gloves on. Reeked of pot when he walked by, And the woman would touch her hair and then continue to use that same hand to handle customers FOOD. Loud and Foul Language being exchanged and The food wasn’t even hot or fresh. At least it didn’t taste like it. This is not the type of behavior you bring to a place like Stone Oak/1604. Do not be fooled by that “98” grade score on the Wall, the place is just utterly filthy, tables barely cleaned, the soda is flat. If you can, Go to the 281 location which has been a bit better for me. Even though it’s fast food, there’s much better class in terms of attending to customers.

Was not greeting upon entering. In fact ignored by what looked like the manager until about a few minutes later where 2 employees come in walking from McDonald's with ice-cream hand one to the manager. One young man with foul body odor acknowledged us and took our order. We dined in and the entire time we were there they were loud using foul language. Food was cold not good at all i will not return to this Popeyes. Not family friendly.

Absolutely awful. They didn't care that the sprite they gave me was flat. We waited 35 minutes for our food to come out because she forgot about our order. On top of all that the order was completely off and they forgot all the biscuits. Very poor service 👎🏻

What the hell

The environment was outstanding ! Clean and the food was delicious and fresh ! The cook was amazing , Elijah was quick and efficient . The manager Angel was delightful and helpful . Love it here

My boyfriend and I came in kind of late at night, but the gentleman Robin was so nice and polite. It was such a refreshing interaction and I really appreciated his work, he went above and beyond so thank you!
