My order was incorrect ordered and original chicken sandwich get home they simply put two tenders & my fries were cold.... The person at the drive through very unprofessional and had tattoos all up her neck not a good look for a family atmospheres. Will Never go back.

Well, always order #5 spicy, fries & tea. That's 5 spicy tenders. Not one tender in the box. I hope it was chicken. Small pieces was cooked beyond recognition. Cold fries, tea was to sweet. Don't know about going back. It was only 9:35 pm. Close at midnight.

Aggravating and disappointing. Ordered and paid for 2 bacon and cheese classic chicken sandwich. Got home with no bacon and no cheese. Ordered a small sweet tea. Cashier said the smallest available was a regular size. Ok. Then he says they're out of sweet tea. You guys have to be better. It costs too much to eat there and not get what you want. Do not serve an incomplete order again. Be better like you want me to come back!

Consistently understaffed! Tonight, there was one young man taking all orders and trying to train a new employee, with one Cook. There was a long line both in the drive-through and inside, he was the only one taking orders. The new employee was helping him fulfill orders, but was slow and filling orders incorrectly. Despite all of this, the young Hispanic man taking all orders and fixing all orders, remained calm, professional, and extremely polite. Unfortunately, many customers were very upset and frustrated due to the long wait and orders not being filled correctly. He did his best to Correct issues as he found them, and again, was so incredibly respectful. Kudos to you young man!

It had been a while and Fried Chicken was in order. The parking lot was full and drive through was working to get our order ready. Mac and cheese was delayed so they offered extra of another side. The 12 piece chicken meal was well cooked. A good option and fresh if your up for the wait.

First thing in the morning and there's chicken bones/ crumbs on the floor. Ordered a 3 piece and was given 4 burnt and undersized pieces. I did not agree to this trade sir.

The chicken was overly salty (threw away some of the food), and the Sprite drink tasted more like carbon. A waste of $20 + dollars. However, the service (gentleman) was excellent.

I order the weekly Tuesday special around 6 or 7pm. The employees can usually turn my order around within a few minutes with good accuracy, though I recommend being specific about potential substitutions, ie. "You can give me spicy instead of classic, but no white meat substitutions, please."
