The drive through was closed and they were short staffed because of it. They were out of a few things as well. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food and 4 or 5 people that ordered after us got their food before we did. We didn't get our drinks and my wife had to go up and ask for them after we had finished eating. The really weird part was the in-store music. It kept playing the same song on a loop, Zydeco Blues. Not typical for this Popeyes location but I am being honest.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to…!!I was 1 of 2 people in line and waited 30 mins for them to get my order wrong..??♂️ After having to walk inside to get my drive thru order I should’ve known to check the order before I left..Definitely a special bunch of clowns ? working here

The restaurant is always dirty, they never get the order right, and the staff is super rude. I started only going through the drive-thru because the inside is so dirty. When I ordered, they told me I had to wait for them to bring me my food at the other end of the store. So I waited in the front parking lot in the empty spaces on the second row. Next thing I know, the garbage boy was telling me I couldn't wait in the parking lot for my food. Despite being given alternative directions at the drive-thru window. Every experience here is a negative one. 3 for 3 they have been horrible. I'm not coming here moving forward, and I don't think it's worth any reasonable persons time either.

Good chicken, very nice customer service in the drive thru. Quick with my order only problem was I ordered and extra biscuit and they forgot it which was a little sad because the main reason I go to Popeyes is not only for their delicious chicken but also their scrumptous biscuits.

I get it. It's fast food, but the high school staff are top notch morons. The guy at drive-thru was super high with red eyes and the other staff seemed stoned as well. Held up the line to be told that they did my order wrong and was not ready.
Everyone took time to help me select just the right menu to accommodate my family...even though they were busy at the window. I'll be back ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes...there was an easy ramp, close to large flat parking spots.

The service was perfect, but only because the poor girl working the window did everything. She was taking orders, working the window AND ran food out to our car (which was in the tacobell parking area next to the Popeyes). Meanwhile 3 young men were standing around talking and laughing. I understand the job.. take orders, give food etc.. but why couldn't one of the young men bring out the food to the car? She deserves a raise honestly. I don't know her name but darn it she deserves one!

We saw the line go out into the street while out front and multiple people back up to leave because their wait to even get to the speaker was too long. Idk whats going on here there are 3 employees inside. The one taking the order said he was the only one working and refused to give us a receipt to be able to do the online survey
