I stop by yesterday after 6pm to get dinner for the family. And when I get home my chicken was raw I called to the store they told me to return the food but I stay 1hr away was no going to be on that side unless I have a job that way but the female manger who I spoke with stated she was the GM and refuse to give her name but she was very disrespectful n hung up in my face and basically called me a lair very disrespectful and unprofessional here

If a customer orders a 24 pc or another large order in the drive-thru, make them pull up and wait on their order so you can cash out the next customer in line. Especially if you know their food is already done.

To Upper Management: Don’t charge for sauce unless the customer asks for multiple. One sauce should be free with each meal. Thank you.

This place repeatedly is a disaster. I LOATHE coming here and definitely do not do so by choice. While there are many people in the back "working", nobody seems to have a real understanding or grasp on what is even happening in this building.
It's almost as though they've hired every inept human, possibly, to work on the exact same shift.
If it's consistently like this, why hadn't anyone looked at logistics of production and ensuring product preparation based on volumes? 🤷🏼‍♀️
I placed an online order at 520pm and still waiting at 605pm.

CIERRA THE MANAGER IS EXCELLENT.EVERY TIME I HAVE NEEDED ANY ASSISTANCE OR ANYTHING IS MISSING ON MY ORDER SHE NEVER HESITATES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. SHE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW A SUPERVISOR IS SUPPOSED TO BE. AND SHES ALWAYS POSITIVE. EXCELLENT JOB.

The best Mild chicken in the Northwest side area. Always good service.

Don’t ever get Uber eats from here. They don’t know how to read receipts. Always be prepared for disappointment from this place. You never know if you’re going to get what you want.

The chicken was very dry and brittle, probably sitting under the heat lamp for a good bit. The biscuits were cold and dry. It's tough because I've had good experiences with other Popeye's locations.

Whoever was working at 4:30 pm today was so rude and snarky. The young Latina girl with the slick back ponytail and edges. She had an attitude since the intercom saying “Can you speak louder?” Her not hearing me is not from me speaking too low but their mic not emitting clearly. I was speaking very loud and clear, and spoke even louder as requested. When I added to my order she gave me an attitude and said “YOU NEED to tell me what you wanna drink first.” How do you get mad about that? Just ask nicely. I still wasn’t even upset at this point.

I ordered a chicken strip meal. When I got to the front I asked for my sauce and she said it doesn’t come with sauce unless I pay. I don’t feel like arguing so 39 cents wont kill me. I said okay I’ll pay for it then. And she acted so irritated. Then I saw my order wasn’t even chicken strips but the bone-in chicken… I asked for them to take this one back and give me the right order. But was met with resistance just to do that. She stood there giving me a death glare like “okay and?” She stood on it that I didn’t say chicken strips and tried to say “My boss heard it too.” Just fix it? Because clearly you guys couldn’t hear well on that drive-thru intercom. It doesn’t have to be your fault or my fault. Just remedy the situation. Instead of wasting time giving me a death glare. I’m not even asking for a refund. Someone needs to follow-up on her unwarranted attitude. When she gave me a food she looked me dead in my eyes like she wanted to fight me. Somebody handle this employee because only at Popeyes would this attitude fly.

Love Popeyes. The crew here were more about being social with each other during breaks or off time than cleaning up the place.

You're really rolling the dice when you order from this location, like I love Popeyes but it's really sad when its a 50/50 coin toss if my order is correct. Today I was missing one of my tenders and my drink wasn't the right size, last time I ordered the food was right but my large drink was 75% ice (my medium today had more actual drink), time before that my tenders were spicy when they were supposed to be mild. As someone who works in food service this disgusts me, I get that the lunch and dinner rush can hit kinda hard, but do everyone a favor and actually read the orders and make sure you are doing them correctly. If I didn't love the food itself I would've stopped ordering from this location a long time ago but I'm heavily considering it now after such a long string of complete disregard for responsibility. I'm not spending $20 just to have my lunch wrong every time.
