Honestly came in with an open mind i hadn’t had popeyes in a minute. first off i had the app and tried to use my code. i asked the cashier if i press use in store and he said yes so i did. He pressed a ton of buttons and seemed lost but rang me up for a 3 piece leg thigh and wing i believe. then said wait is that a coupon? i was looking at him confused because yes that’s what i literally asked you if i choose to use my coupon. not only that but
i asked for 3 piece tenders so i corrected him and he took a while longer trying to figure it out. i was patient thats fine but he really acted like he could care less. he tried rushing me to pay and i told him i wasn’t finished i ordered the rest of my food. I got my frozen strawberry lemonade and man it was horrible. Idk how but it tasted like bad alcohol. probably the lemonade or the syrup was bad. he remade it and still disgusting. i got my food and man i wish i would’ve taken a picture of the thin tiny slivers of chicken tenders i got. I didn’t complain i just ate my food which was mid at best. But probably will not be back due to the service and food quality. it also was cold to top it off.

Two of use walked in, three different staff members made eye contact with us multiple times, no one said hi or we will be right with you. We waited at the register for five minutes only to be ignored. There was one car in the drive through, no other customers at least 5 visible staff there
 rather than deal with their incompetence or laziness we decided to walk out to eat somewhere else. Will never go back to this location.

asked for EXTRA sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich because the sauce is the only thing that makes it spicy and of course this is what I get. Like girl this is not extra??? don’t even get me started about charging $3 for extra gravy on mashed potatoes
because they barely put any gravy on the mashed potatoes as is. I should’ve checked before I left because they ALWAYS skimp me when I ask for extra anything, especially the sauce on the sandwich and gravy. I forgot why I hadn’t gone to Popeyes in years but now I remember

Terrible Customer Service & Order Theft

I placed an order through the Popeyes app and arrived at the restaurant within 5-7 minutes to pick it up. When I got to the window, I informed the employee, Brenda, that I was there for my order. Brenda immediately had an attitude, rudely asking for my name and order number. I showed her my receipt on my phone, and after looking at it, she dismissively told me that my order had already been picked up—by someone in a red Jeep.

Naturally, I was confused and alarmed because I had just placed the order and obviously had not picked it up. When I explained this, instead of being helpful, apologetic, or even offering a solution, Brenda rudely told me there was nothing they could do. She refused to remake my order due to some “store policy” and said they couldn’t refund me because I had ordered through the app.

To make matters worse, she slammed the window and mumbled under her breath, clearly assuming I wouldn’t take any action. In the end, I had to pay for my entire order again and submit a request through the app to (hopefully) get my money back.

Trying to escalate the issue to corporate was equally frustrating, as the system just sent me in circles, making it impossible to speak with a real person.

This Popeyes location is in an area where customer service should be held to a high standard, yet I was met with unprofessionalism, disrespect, and a complete lack of care from employees who clearly have no interest in doing their job properly. Avoid this location unless you want to risk paying twice for your meal while being treated poorly.

Drive through lady rude as hell. Doesn’t listen. I have had my order messed up every single time she’s working. I am DONE coming here. HORRIBLE.

EDIT: Went in the store, had someone else take my order and it was STILL wrong. I seriously cannot believe the incompetence in this place
