Food was cold in the morning and employees were extremely rude and did not even greet me with a good morning. Starting off instead with “What do you want” that have no mannerism and on top of it they had no ac either and instead just giant fans lying around. This is unacceptable and I won’t be going back

Spicy chicken strips were non edible, hard, dried out and barely any flavor. The spicy breading was way overdone and difficult to try to eat. We threw our large family order of the strips in the trash right away. The mashed potatoes and gravy, red beans and rice were good, and the biscuits were just ok. This was the second time in about 4 months we stopped by and the second time disappointed. We won't be giving this establishment a third try.

Where do I start? The manager at this Popeyes location consistently provides some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come here to redeem the survey offer (two pieces of chicken and a biscuit with a drink purchase), he makes it difficult, claiming I can’t use the survey code at his location simply because it’s not “his” receipt. I’ve redeemed survey offers at other Popeyes locations without an issue, so this just seems like a personal rule he’s enforcing.
When I questioned him on it, he tried to tell me you can only redeem the survey offer every 30 days. I asked why this information isn’t printed on the receipt or included in the survey email, and he had no answer—just a rude, dismissive attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with him, and it’s frustrating to be treated poorly for just following the standard survey process.
He even tried to correct me by saying his information was more accurate than another manager’s at a different location, who had been just as clear that this restriction doesn’t exist. To make things worse, this manager’s attitude is often echoed by the rest of the staff. They are usually slow and frequently rude during my visits.
This store needs serious improvement in customer service and staff attitude.
It’s misleading to say they’re open until midnight. While they are technically supposed to be, I’ve been to this location three times around 11:50 or 11:52 PM, and no one attends to the drive-thru. When I tried going inside, the door was locked, and I could clearly see someone inside, completely ignoring me. It’s disappointing that a major franchise like Popeyes would tolerate this kind of poor customer service. What a shame!

Let me start by saying the staff was nice. They greeted me and all with in a minute or two, but the chicken was so terrible it smelled like fish. I said to myself that maybe they cook fish in the same oil as the chicken, but I have to say I believe they did not change the oil itself for a while, then bite into it it Smell and taste it like it was Rotten or a smell I could not describe the Mashed potato Taste okay but not the best would not Recommend this is one of the worst experience I have had with Popeyes the atmosphere was okay the Restaurant felt kind of hot overall would not go again

Tried calling the store a few times. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it tasted spoiled to the point where it tasted like vodka lol. Just tried to call and give a heads up!
