I stopped in here to grab some chicken for dinner. Replaced my order drove up to the window and there were so lovely young lady there that took my payment, she was very pleasant and calm. I happen to notice that she was the only one there unless there was someone else hiding. She was running between the register and the cooking area and she even had the wherewithal to put an advertisement about catering in my bag. She did all this with a smile and I could tell she was probably pretty stressed but she wasn’t gonna let me know that. I hope the owner of this franchise Sees this because I used to be in the restaurant business and this is the kind of employee you want to take care of. She was working hard and she was taking care of business and I didn’t see anybody helping her. I wished I’d gotten her name but I did not

Worst drive through I’ve ever been in! Just One car I front of me but it took over 20 minutes to wait for the attendant to speak to order! Then wait for the food to come out! Hate this place will never ever come back!
We have been in the drive thru for over an hour. The workers did not say they are sorry or apologize instead once we finally got yo the window the 1st thing she say is she is out if thighs and will need us to pull around and wait????? We have been in line for over an hour for a 12 piece. This location should shut down. It's incompetent staff and terrible food is a disgrace to fast food !!!!

Mobile order was over 10 min late from scheduled pick up. I assume they thought I was a delivery driver because no urgency was given to my order. Once my order was given to me. No explanation was given onto why I was standing around . once I open up my order the chicken is old. The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to
definitely the worst Popeyes we’ve been too, fries and chicken never fail to be old and stale. You can ask for sauce 1000 times and they’ll still forget it, but they definitely don’t forget to charge you for it. Workers always have an attitude. No matter how busy or slow it is you’ll be waiting minimum 15-20 minutes. Only reason for the second star is the biscuits are usually pretty good, but you’re better off going to canes honestly

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. We were in the drive through for 30 minutes. Ended up having to go inside and speak to the manager. The girl at the window had to be high as she was messing up/dropping items constantly and would open the window and just stare for a good minute before she said anything. They messed up our order 3 times and the food tasted like the fry oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. My two friends wouldn’t even eat their food because it was so gross and old. The manager was not kind and just wanted to go back to eating her pizza.

Seriously, it’s like a competition between this Popeyes and the other one on Bulverde on which one can provide the worst customer service!!
I don’t know where they get these employees from. They intentionally leave out items you paid for. Then, play dumb when you tell them after checking your bag.
Whats the secret? Why I never have these issues at Chick-fil-A???

If I could give zero I would. Food was ordered through their app. Items were missing and or incorrect. Called their store and was advised there is nothing they can do, even though I ordered through their app. I called doordash(delivery service) and was advised that since I ordered through their app I needed to get a refund from them. They refused a refund on multiple times , provided inaccurate numbers to customer support, advised me they didn’t have a corporate number and when you reach out for help in the app, it doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone. Worse service ever
