This is the most slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Don’t even get me started on the service. They need better management to run this place. If you want your food fast then go somewhere else because you’ll never get your at this place Hope no one is in a rush for their food because this isn’t the place.

Order the number 2 ghost Chile with bacon and cheese. Cold piece of chicken no bacon no cheese. I'll never visit this location again

Was told in the drive-through that they're not taking orders except if it's online pickup. Why even operate a drive-through if you're going to turn customers away? Put up signs if you're not going to serve food to 'offline' customers.

Don't bother coming here, they're not interested in your business.

This place is constantly out of something. Prior visits, dry chicken and always getting the order wrong. Hours say they close at 1am. It’s Saturday, they closed at 11pm

They deserve a zero but 1 is the lowest option. The spicy chicken was as always good. The service sucks… The personnel working there are rude, loud, and could care less if a customer comes back. This was the lousiest service I have experienced. The order was entered wrong by a cashier that I could hardly understand. She seemed devoid of any desire to perform her job. Sadly enough she is not a young one. The manager was not any better… loud and obnoxious. The lazy young man that packed my food could not be troubled to do it in a separate tray. When told that I was missing some of my items. He simply asked me twice in the don’t bother me tone.. “what do you still need.” When i told him he slapped the missing piece in the tray, turn around and left. I had to ask a different member of the staff for two bags to pack the food. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation of dealing with the staff in this place.

Lousy service. The kid was on his phone during our order. He was upset I guess cuz we put him to work. He took our order with an expression of being frustrated with his personal life. He needs to either get another job or go back to school if he doesn't want to deal with people.
My wife and I were not even wanting to ask for napkins. He seemed more focused on his text messages than wanting to work.
This place needs some help...

When I pulled to the drive thru, I was asked to wait which I don’t mind obviously, but it was for about 4 minutes. I just wanted to note that. Next, when I’m ordering, the worker taking my order would just keep saying “is that it” anytime I said anything in a monotone voice. Again nothing too crazy but I just thought he could’ve been a little nicer. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo and I get to the window to get my food. When giving my food and card back I was saying thanks appreciate it, have a goodnight, and he just said nothing. Like okay bro. The worst part to me is that they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my tender combo. Like bro how do you mess that up. They are 100 percent just doing whatever is closest to them or easiest dude. They also did not give me barbecue sauce packets when I did ask for them. This is also my first review ever so sorry for bad format but bro I had to get this out here.

The worst of all is the attention of the people who work in the restaurant. They treat you horribly and make you wait a long time without doing anything and they are very disgusting.

Poor service. Do better or hire better. I asked for fried pickles with my meal after seeing it posted everywhere, her response “I don’t have fried pickles”. I knew exactly how the service was going to be from then on. Short responses, rude, & when I pulled up she literally answered her personal cell phone and talked on it while grabbing my card and handing my food. Not a word to me.
Got home and to top it off, the food wasn’t good. 😩

I ordered 3 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp ala Carter and didn't get even half a pound. In the containers it equaled exactly 1/2 a pound. I basically paid 6$ for nothing.

I went to this location during my lunch and when I arrived at the drive thru I ask could I have a moment, the person said WHAT!!!! I repeated it. Once I was ready she was very short with her responses to me, and when I ask for fried pickles, she said we're out. (which it was lunch time around 12:15pm). I order tenders and I wasn't asked what kind of dipping sauce I wanted or anything. I got to the window and the person was not welcoming. I asked her name (Earnestine) I gave her a smile and I drove off. I had no dipping sauce nor any plastic wear. I so glad I had some in my glove compartment. I will never return to this location ever.
