I’ve been here a few times and every time I go, there’s always something missing from the order, whether that’s a side or biscuits. This last time the Cole slaw I ordered had a slimy consistency, unlike how it usually is, which made me scared to eat it so I threw it away.

Awful customer service by the man working the lunch shift on 8 January 2022. Dude is super rude, sighing and huffing everyone I ordered an item they had to make (nuggets, not surf and turf) Plus it took 45 minutes before I could order and get my food.
I had ants in my mashed potatoes. Both alive and dead ants. I tried calling the store and it just rang.
Chiken tenders were cold and tasted funny, got less biscuits than I should have gotten, and it left me feeling sick the whole day. I hope I didn't get food poisoning! Food was definitely sitting there for a while.
