Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am not a fan of Popeyes chicken, but my kids are. So, I go to appease the masses. This P. C. happens to be on FSH, so the convenience is really there for the service members. I'm retired military, so it I don't visit too often. But hey, it serves its purpose.

It’s 4 pm on a Sunday. Restaurant is pretty empty. Orders are taking 15 mins plus on a simple order. Service is very slow. While sitting here waiting on my order I’m observing a lot of angry people. Could use more staff. It appears drive through takes priority over people waiting inside for their order. Do better!

This place forgot to give us our mashed potatos and both of the sauces that we paid for as part of a combo meal. How do you miss this many things???
Also, no butter or honey was available for the drastically overcooked biscuits, only jelly.
I watched other customers walk out because they had no dark meat chicken ready for "11-14 minutes." "I'm sorry, it's in the freezer" is absolutely unacceptable at a fast food restaurant.
No free refills on lemonade too.

The manager here is rude I forgot to place something with my order and I asked to place it at the window she yells “we don’t place orders at the window” very unprofessional. Service is usually good with everyone else that works here.

Drive Thru closed. Waited inside to order for about 15 minutes, no one took my order or acknowledged me. Awful customer service.

First let me say the cashier, Racheal, was super sweet. However we waited over 40mins for 2 chicken sandwiches. While I realize this is a FWP, it’s a fast food chain.
I think a drive thru, sit down AND mobile order system at this location is too much for them to handle or there needs to be more staff.

I ordered a very simple meal of three chicken tenders and fries at 12:34 pm. Now I understand lunch rush and all, but my food finally came out at 12:57 pm. Drive-thru cycled through twice before anyone dining in got any food their orders. Only one person was running around doing a lot of tasks while others were just looking busy while barely doing anything. Food was just dying under the heat lamps and people who left to go to the burger king side half way through this wait was almost done with their meal by the time I got mine.Lunch rush maybe a thing, but if the cashier was doing more than anyone else, than there is a problem.
