First time at this location. I waited in line in drive thru for 15 min almost 16 min and then when I paid for my food I waited another 15 min for my food at that’s because i ordered a surf and turf and one of the chicken strip was undercooked had to throw it away . Probably will be my first and last here .

The girl at the window was pleasant, but the food horrible. I ordered a fish sandwich waited a long time for it. Taste as if it were cooked in old grease. I threw it in the trash.

The food was great, the service friendly and kind, the only issue is the absolutely poor management. Katherine only scheduled 3 people to work on a Friday night, which is always going to be busy, because she doesn't want to pay a lot of OT. Those three did a heroic job, but there's only so much a short staff can do. We waited over an hour at the drive-thru, and the blame lies 100% on the selfish, irresponsible, and plain terrible management of Katherine. This location and these fantastic workers deserve a better boss.

They have been lying to customers for weeks that they discontinued the Blackened Chicken sandwiches. I have to drive to Rittiman to get it. Last time I informed corporate and the Regional mgr. Just go to the Rittiman store if you have time. Tons better.

Ordered thru the app, waited 10 minutes before leaving the house. Arrived and still had to wait 10 minutes for food to be cooked. What's the purpose of fast food and using a app for quicker service. This particular restaurant has always been very poor when it comes to service. Won't be coming back. Horrible.

The restroom was in terrible condition. The ice dispenser for the fountain drink machine wasn't working. The dining area was very poorly kept.

Horrible place! RUDE PEOPLE! Cashier was rude to everyone that was coming in arguing with customers! They had a meeting next to the tables where they were arguing a d cursing dropping F bombs left and right! My kids wanted to leave they were scared! Lady was picking nose and serving chicken another guy was scratching his private part while on break with his legs on table! HORRIBLE POPEYES! I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!
Ordered 8 piece butterfly shrimp. And was given 8 pieces of their popcorn shrimp. Not sure if the person didn’t know what they were doing. Or they figured I wouldn’t know the difference. I’ll try a different Popeyes next time. Since this one still doesn’t have their stuff together.
