Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Gave my mash potatoes instead of red bean/ rice. On family order. I'm white and I think the mistake was done on purpose

I ordered a family 12 piece's of chicken I ordered mashed potatoes and fries for my sides I didn't order double fries I don't like when they didn't even ask if I wanted double fries

Went out there to this location first time had an issue looked like they starve the chickens before they killed them. Food was also cold not warm cold thought I’d give them a second chance went back exact same thing and the manager who was the idiot that made her a manager very rude very disrespectful very unprofessional And in those two separate occasions, I wasn’t the only customer that complain about the food. The second time I went, I asked for a refund. They told me it takes 2 to 3 days to get a refund. It’s been over a week and still no refund. Save your money. Take your business elsewhere you know what’s crazy is that the owners of Popeyes never lived and do not live currently in Louisiana. They’re from Florida.

I dont even wanna give any stars to this place is waste of time and money. I asked the shift manager what was her name and she said why are u asking and i responded well i want to make a complaint about you and she said well my name is Julie anyways that shift manager was very disrespectful and disappointing she has the worse customer service ever gave attitude to me when I told her that my order was wrong and I was missing a few more items and she rolled her eyes and walked away and said someone else will help u she was standing there on her phone acting as if she was working but she was more a waste of time she so bad I wont be coming to this location again rude services and she doesn't deserve to be a shift manager that cant even do her part as one so sad and disappointed

The employees are too busy sitting down in the lobby doing nothing. I bought my family a family meal unfortunately we all got sick from the chicken

Food was delicious hot and fresh I was 3 bucks short and the shift manager he gave me a discount and I had enough for my combo he works well very much good attitude and grateful customer service much needed for a good lunch thank u I will be coming back

I came to this restaurant because it’s closer to my daycare and there was no customers in the lobby and employees were just standing around playing around laughing and not thinking that I was standing in the lobby about 8 minutes waiting to be called to get my order taken .. there were shift managers That don’t know how to do there job while I was waiting a shift manager that female said someone will be with you and she walked outside went in her car and did not come in and then later she walks in and ask me did anyone take your order and I was completely ignored and mad There were picking off the food from the warmers .my husband paid our food with cash and the shift manager did not ring it up the guy the shift manager had put money under the printer receipt and then did our order and then as we were watching he takes it and puts it in his pocket our food was cold the chicken was hard and did not taste grate at all it’s so sad .. this restaurant needs more professional workers all these shift managers needs to be replaced asap there not helping on sales there more stealing from this restaurant I would not be coming back to this restaurant .waste of money and waste of time
