It was our first time at Poppy's and it was great! So glad we looked up a coffee spot near us after our HEB run. We ordered the Americano, Tres Leches latte, and Poppy's latte. The Tres Leches latte was exactly what I like in iced coffee! The americano was a 4.5 according to my husband and we'll wait and see what my sister thinks about the Poppy's latte. The vanilla bean twist was delicious as well! Definitely coming back next time we're in the area!

I tried their iced mocha and raspberry muffin. They were great! Coffee was not overly sweet where the coffee flavor is lost. The muffin was also was delicious. Glad I stopped by.

Their lavender matcha is the best matcha I've tried in SA. My husband loves their Poppy latte. And our doggies love their puppaccinos! We have to drive quite a bit to get there but it's always worth the drive ??

Love this place so much! My husband and I go a couple of times a month. They have new flavors all the time and their poppyseed cake is delicious! All the employees are so sweet and fast at making your order. Highly recommend.

Poppy's Cafe is a cute purple and white coffee truck located between HEB and Fantastic Sam's. There's plenty of parking right there. You walk up to order your coffee and there's a picnic table in the shady trees if you want to hang out. The Poppy latte is deliciously sweetened with lavender and vanilla. The owner was friendly and excited to talk about some of the thought process behind creating the brand. Poppy's is a lovely addition to the San Antonio coffee scene.

Yes! Yes! And Yes! First time trying this place and loved it. We got the Brown Sugar Chai (beautifully blended flavors, add milk instead of water is a must) and peppermint marshmallow (lovely subtle peppermint flavor, doesn’t overpower the coffee flavor). Will be going back!

I don’t drink espresso or coffee, only matcha, so this review is based solely on the matcha. It can be very tricky to find good matcha! Their matcha has a very nice bright green color and is smooth and earthy and not gritty at all. I order matcha with hazelnut syrup and syrups tend to differ and their hazelnut syrup tastes maybe more artificial? It leaves an odd aftertaste in my mouth that I don’t particularly enjoy...might try it with a different syrup from here or without it another time. Will be back though.
