Excellent Customer Service at this location on October 28th @12:50 pm. Excellent Turkey Avo Sandwich the great deal on the kids combo $5.49 we walked out of here at about $17 with full bellies. Go Pot Belly!

The service here in my opinion is terrible when it comes to attitude from the men. From the women it’s much better but from the guys it’s much worse and just need work. I wish I could say who it needs work on but there are no name tags to speak on who it needs to be allocated towards. But I order a chicken club today and there was only one strip on it when I asked for the second one it was extra but normally has two.
When I mentioned it to the gentlemen he said it comes with one but it has always came with two he gave an very irritated attitude when it came to that and making the sandwich he looked to be the manager he wears glasses and has a very slim frame. Hopefully he has a better day and attitude next time. at-least come off better towards people questions when they are respectful towards you.

Just ok, nothing special..kinda bland,no dressings or sauces are available for the sandwiches..only plain oil or mayo, prep area for the sandwiches looks kinda pathetic and not very clean.. very low selection, the plexi glass divider..is all dirty and scratched up..which is very odd and kinda made me want to walk out..I mean why?how? looks terrible. Girl making sandwiches didn't seem to want to be there.. the chips are my favorite brand and the tea was good..so I'll add a star for that.

Manager and employees were rude when asked to make a simple change to our order. After the rude interaction, while eating our meal on the patio, at the managers request, my 73 year old mother was asked to stop eating her meal and leave the patio. Shows a lack of management and training. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I have ordered from Potbelly on several occasions and three different times, my orders have not been correct. I have spoken to the store and they even told me once, "yep, I didn't put that sandwich in the bag. Uber will take care of you." Today I ordered a Farmhouse Salad that comes with Chicken, You literally must pick which type of chicken that goes in the salad. The salad was great, even got my add-ons added in like I requested. Oops! No grilled chicken at all. Unbelievable! The quality assurance is totally non-existent here. They are right, Uber took care of it. But again...the food is terrific when they get it right, they just struggle with getting it right.

These sandwiches are so flavorful! Ive had them all. Close your eyes and point and its a guaranteed winner. My favorite is the Mediterranean! The service is friendly and prompt and the restaurant is clean.

Visited on 12/14/2023 7pm. The staff at this location are very rude. Please hire employees who are trained on customer service with a smile. I’m not going to pay money for someone to have a bad attitude. I like the food here but due to the poor customer service I will not be back.
