The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The prices are fair. The food is high quality and delicious. When in town, you have to visit this place. I was craving a healthy, but filling salad. Boy, did I get it here!

Today, me and two others went to eat at this location at 3:20 PM and they had HORRIBLE service. The lady was giving us attitude while we were ordering our sandwiches. She got our orders wrong and then had to remake them because she couldn’t hear. She snapped at us for not reading the signs that said they were out of chicken and avocado. Overall, service was bad and this employee was rolling her eyes and constantly showing attitude. Bathrooms were disgusting and trash wasn’t picked up from the floor. Food was great as always though! Just unacceptable behavior from that rude employee.

If I could give this a place and negative 10 stars I would. Rudest customer service I have ever had. Order was wrong. Food was horrible. The salad was wilted. The trash was overflowing, tables were dirty and so were the floors. This place is disgusting!!!

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup online and went in to pick it up. It was 2pm and not busy at all. My food was ready for pick up and I brought it back to my job to eat. The soup was delicious and I wish they offered it in bigger sizes than a cup. I ate it all in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and tasty. Highly recommend.

I stopped by after work for a quick meal to take home. The location was pretty clean, convenient downtown location from the Alamo, Riverwalk and adjacent to the Shops at River center. My server was *Sal/Saul and he was super friendly helping me understand the menu, options and just answering all of my curiosity without the "next" attitude most fast-food places have.The broccoli cheese soup was delicious, as was the chicken club, vegetable soup and apple walnut salad.Not sure what happened to the sign outside over the years but the establishment was clean and worth the visit.

I went to this specific spot before closing and the crew that were there said they didn't have much food left. I wasn't too worry about that. What triggered me was their non verbal communication hand signal they were giving to each other. They were literally telling each other "say there is nothing left so they can go and we can close up" mind you there was half hour left!! Clearly they didn't want to work and wanted to shut down early. Will not go back to this location again!
