Was super excited to try all out for the first time today.However, the guy working this am gave poor customer service. There was an offer for a free cookie with purchase of an entree with no fine print. There were tons -he was actually wrapping them up as I was standing there waiting for my order. Do better. Yall had like 50 cookies there. I give superb customer service at my job. I wish he did the same.

I love Potbelly but today my salad was not so fresh. It looked amazing and I was so craving this salad, but soon as I started eating the lettuce at the bottom wasn't appealing. I was picking out the parts as I was eating.

I'm a big Potbelly fan and I like this location. It's always clean and the service friendly and efficient.
They have a tip option now which is the only reason for the one star deduction. For a fast food counter service restaurant I find the notion of tipping a bit distasteful. The tippification of our society has gone insane and it makes me wonder if the owners have it to allow them to offset pay to their staff.

We ate here before our 5K run. All our sandwiches were good and they had plenty of chip and drink options. The bathrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant. It’s a small location but there’s plenty of seating. I also saw they had a perfect 100 from the food inspectors so that was awesome. Eating downtown always feels expensive or unclean but this location is great.
Thanks to Isaiah and Glory, my girl and I were able to enjoy our little date night at a new place we haven’t had before and we’ll definitely be back again! The food was delicious and these two were so happy to help us! Shout out to this place!

I tried a Vanilla shake here and oh the flavor consistency and texture was super good 😊 delicious also the chicken club sandwich with bacon old red vine vinegar lettuce onions and tomatoes on the multi grain bread was the bomb 😋
