Food taste like cardboard and whole process was slow even though I was only on in line. Awful place recommend never come here.

Ordered online, and didn't have the option to add an ingredient i wanted, wrote it down on notes and they just didnt add it, i asked if they could do it, and they said not right now, gave me the wrong sandwich size too, came back to get a new one and they did have the ingredients, didnt even offer to give my money back or anything, bad customer service.

Stopped by Potbelly's for a quick lunch, marking my return after about 8 years, and it was quite enjoyable. They offer skinny, original, and big subs, though unfortunately, there wasn't a display showing all three options. It got a bit confusing when I asked to see what a skinny sub looks like, and the sandwich maker mentioned they didn't have one on display. As he described it, it seemed like the original sub was cut vertically, but in reality, it's made to be 5 inches long. We ended up ordering a skinny Italian sub, a meatball sub, soup and drinks, and chips—all of which tasted great. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and both the restaurant and bathroom were clean. There are plenty of windows letting in natural light and offering an amazing view of Broadway Street.

Ordered thru Uber eats, the sandwiches had no mayo lettuce tomato cheese, when I called the manager said that's the way it was done on the order, but on Uber eats I added all of those items, he put me on hold for a very long time saying he had a long line, I finally hung for being on hold to long, I still like the place, but this time it wasn't good.

Very displeased with my sandwich . I am in the parking lot with a soggy sandwich because they would not get the online orders out in a timely manner. My sandwich was toasted, and it is not even warm anymore?. The person running the cash register on 2/15/24 was rude. I approached him to ask what was going on with the online orders because they had a stack of sandwiches just sitting there... he ignored me and walked away and continued taking walk-up orders.. very unprofessional. My sandwich is ruined!! And I'm going to be hungry!! I want a refund or another sandwich!!!

We’ve had a couple good subs here, namely the Mediterranean and the turkey avocado… but today I got the tuna sub and it was pretty gross. The bread was more than soggy it was somehow actually wet and there was a flavor I literally couldn’t identify… some kind of spice maybe? The service has always been decently friendly and everything is usually fast, but I think I’m going to hold off from ever getting that tuna again…

Do not get the Oreo shake,, it’s super watery and it barely taste like Oreos, it doesn’t even have any Oreo crumbles either. Drinking it leaves me feeling like I just ate cold McDonald’s after a 30 minute drive home. Everything else on the menu is absolutely delicious though, my favorites are the apple walnut salad and the chicken pot pie soup.
Good food, fast service. Good parking in back. Close to the Witte and the botanical gardens.

Visited this location again today. Ice machine is still broken. They replaced my drink order (which was upgraded to a 32oz large) with a 18oz bottled drink. No crackers even though two soups were ordered. As a company, Potbelly, does everything in it's power to dodge customers. You can't contact them directly - they don't have survey systems to alert them to problems at franchise locations like this one where standards are obviously not being met/followed. You can't email them directly or even reach out to them on social media (they require you to be verified on Twitter which you have to pay annually for). If franchise locations can't do better and as a company they don't want to get the feedback from customers when franchisees are obviously falling short of expectations - it's a loss/loss. I'm not going to continue wasting time and money only to be disappointed time and time again. The restaurant industry is too vast and you'll be the only one on the losing end of that one. For clarity, it's not all Potbelly's - the one at the Rim is usually on top of it. But this is the problem with franchising and having all these other gaps that allow some restaurants to follow standards and expectations and others to consistently miss the mark but no way to get that feedback that it's becoming a habit to consistently miss the mark.

Amazing customer service. JP and Joey were the ones who took our order and made our subs.Would definitely go back. I signed up for the rewards and received a free sub half of milkshakes and did the survey and got a free cookie. Love it!
