I went to potbelly’s at 8:30 tonight and they close at 9 and I got the best service from them. The team working on Sunday night on 11/10/24 was absolutely great. Super friendly and made my sandwiches great. Thank you for making my night potbelly crew!!!!

I went in with a friend for the first time to try this place and the two dudes behind the counter were rude and made us feel very uncomfortable (bigger guy with a beard + a skinnier guy with blonde hair and a mustache) I ordered a blta and said i wanted no avocado and the skinnier guy acknowledged it and started and then when it got to the bigger guy he asked if i didn’t want anything on it and i said i wanted no avocado and i wanted lettuce tomato pickles and mustard on it, he yelled at me that “it comes with avocado that’s why it’s expensive!” and then yelled at the skinnier man to make another and ignored us after that. He also forgot to make my friends salad and she had to remind him twice, and when i got my food it only had bacon and pickles on it, no mustard, tomato, or lettuce. The sandwich was ok but the big guy was genuinely scary and extremely rude

Ordered through Postmates and added hot peppers to order. Always get hot peppers but this store did something to make it too hot too eat… did we order to close to closing?… be careful. We couldn’t eat the sandwiches. Bad experience.

Ordered online. Walked in, no one was inside. Guy came out, saw me, did not acknowledge me, and walked away. He proceeded to ignore me for a couple of minutes. Will not be returning. I’ll eat at Marco’s pizza because they have great food with actual service

I went for the first time yesterday and the big dude with colored eyes was really giving me the creeps and he was so rude! I told him it was my first time ordering and he made me feel completely dumb. All the other workers were nice. But this big guy made me feel so uncomfortable. Trying the food for the first time was good, but I'll visit another location for sure instead. He has no customer service etiquette.

I didn’t get food here but I stopped by today after an exhaustive run in the heat. I asked a worker for water and he was a Good Samaritan to give me a cup. I’m really thankful - he saved me from guaranteed heat exhaustion. I’m very new to the area and went against my fiancé’s better judgment (he’s from here). Thank you for your kindness!

Came here after seeing a movie, the sandwiches were good. Service was good.
The restaurant and service were great. I went on a day where my friend and I were the only people in the place. The food was fresh and made on the spot. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. But unlike a good chicken salad, it was pretty much just chunks of chicken. Nothing really special or tasty about the food. I was pretty disappointed. I'd say, if you're looking for good chicken salad, go to Chicken Salad Chick. They set my bar pretty high. Unfortunately this is the second time I've been to Potbelly and was really underwhelmed with their food.

I ordered a lucky #7 that is supposed to have 7 meats. It seemed light on meat so I took it apart. There was no turkey, no roast beef. In fact it only had 4/7 meats on it. I was literally the only person in there so they couldn’t have confused my order with someone else and I ordered in the app so it wasn’t heard wrong. Frustrating to say the least.

Ordered two veggie pizza subs online (their menu says it can be made that way), customized it the way we wanted. What was delivered was everything we did not want in the sub. It’s like they randomly threw whatever they wanted in the sub. What pissed me off more was that each sub had its own itemized sticker on the bag with the correct order. It’s like they actively chose not to care or look at the order. My advice, look inside the sub before you eat it.

He couldn’t hear me over loud music so he said my “order should be there!” After I told him it a large order he tapped on his tablet saying it’s not ready yet , will be 330 pm. I was 30 minutes late to pick up my order for 1200
