hole in the wall greenhouse. this place is charming/full of natural sunlight/used to be part of my daily routine.. grab a pastry & iced latte or americano. Not much seating but plenty more outside. Gabbie & Kylie are heaven sent. Appreciate them fully. Over time through observation I realized the lacking of customer service skills from a few. Kindness pairs well with espresso & when it is lacking it can be off putting. My initial encounter was tense, tricky & self conscious with Michelle. Immediately felt the sense I was unwanted there because the way I look & the enthusiasm in my voice. Plenty of my classmates have shared a similar experience. Get this.. She parks in HANDICAP parking with NO disability. This speaks VOLUMES on somebody’s character… big time! Those two things just can’t be shaken & for that I won’t return in wariness of having another awful encounter with her. Sad to say this is my first low star coffee review. Exploring coffee shops is a pastime of mine & I believe credit is deserved where it is due. I rely heavily on google reviews myself & think light needs to be shined on people’s experiences good or bad.

I came to try something new and it did not disappoint! I enjoy a sweet cup of coffee and they gave me just that with a smile! I didn’t know much about their menu, but Michelle assisted me with learning the menu and trying new things. Overall amazing and calming place to pass time with amazing workers!

I took my kiddos here and they loved it! They had the vanilla steamer and they enjoyed because it resembled coffee and they could finally feel like they were drinking coffee! Michelle was so sweet to them and they keep asking to go back! I recommend for all my mamas🤩🤩🤩

I just moved to the area and a friend recommended press coffee. It was the best decision I made!! I walked in and the barista (Michelle) had a bright face and smile! She took my order and was super sweet. I usually get an americano wherever I go, and Michelle made to perfection! Definitely check this place out!

Michelle is super passive aggressive. Not your typical barista vibe… ya know bubbly, genuine, approachable. More so mean much! Energy vampire ain’t the go to these days. Espresso is nothing special. I can make better at home, at least I make it with love <333 all my reviews are 5 stars so this speaks volumes.

I love Press Coffee! I’ve lived near here for about a year and I like to try a lot of different coffee shops- but nothing has topped Press. Their espresso is dark and roasty, which is my favorite. I love that their lattes taste like espresso and not just milk. We even buy their espresso roast for home to have daily. I also love that they have coconut milk as an option! Their matcha latte is very good as well and they have a great small selection of baked goods- including some great kolaches. It’s a small place but I love how cozy it is and the staff is always so great. Best coffee shop I’ve found in San Antonio!

Great location & vibey! For such a cute, special & one of a kind coffee place I hope they make their own homemade syrups, they don’t. My favorite barista was always so genuine & intentional with the coffee & conversation! She didn’t make me feel like a number or in a rush. It was the perfect balance. Sadly, she no longer works there :( Customer service is hit or miss, Michelle consistently picks and chooses who to be kind to. Snotty & impatient about my indecisiveness. At least fake a smile & offer a good recommendation. yikessss

went there a couple days ago it was my first time and I asked michelle for a recommendation she made me and my sister the most amazing latte EVER it was so good, if I’m ever back in San Antonio I most definitely go there again, she was also so nice to my daughter, made her laugh and was playful while we waited, 10/10 recommend going here it’s such a cute little coffee shop too

Ambiance is a vibe & cozy! Coffee is decent. Sadly the customer service is the complete opposite..Michelle is super unapproachable & has no aura or personality. Made me feel unwelcome immediately. My experience is typically a cheerful barista just not the case this time :(
