Ambiance is a vibe & cozy! Coffee is decent. Sadly the customer service is the complete opposite..Michelle is super unapproachable & has no aura or personality. Made me feel unwelcome immediately. My experience is typically a cheerful barista just not the case this time :(
Michelle was super nice!

The coffee is delicious. Their espresso is from *actual* espresso roast, which of course has been freshly ground. Cute plants and overall cafe vibe. I highly recommend.

This is the most beautiful coffee shop I’ve been to in San Antonio! I’ve never been anywhere like it. This is one of my book club’s favorite spots.

I was meeting with a friend there, we grabbed a table and went up to order. We both ordered large (20oz) coffees.
My friend gets her name called and grabs her coffee. It tastes gritty and unpleasant. I’m waiting and waiting and I never hear my name. I go up to the counter and they say that the cup there is mine… it’s a small. I tell the young lady (same one that took my order) that I’m sorry but I ordered a large, the OTHER barista behind the counter snaps back that this is the size I paid for and that this is my drink. I didn’t give any other push back because they were clearly very dismissive and showed no concern.
When I tasted my coffee (iced white chocolate oat milk latte), it literally just tasted like milk. No coffee or white chocolate flavor to it at all.
I would not recommend this as a place to go for a good tasting drink or a friendly environment.

Very disappointing experience. The coffee was poorly made — my iced oatmilk caramel latte was gritty and unpleasant. On top of that, the staff was curt and unwelcoming, which made both my friend and me feel like we weren’t wanted there. Between the subpar drinks and dismissive service, I wouldn’t recommend this coffee shop. There are plenty of other places that actually serve quality coffee and treat their customers with respect.

i’ve been coming here for a while and while i loved it at first, the quality started going rlly down. their mat has were reliable up until recently, they’re very grainy and therefore not properly whisked. their coffee is hit or miss. i’ve now had negative experiences at both locations, i hate to leave this comment <\3

The staff and atmosphere were good but the drinks were not. Tried their matcha latte and it was ok but the earl grey latte was extremely watered down.

This was my first time visiting this place from out of town, and I loved it! 100% would come back. I got an iced honey latte with whole milk, and it was delicious. The only “complaint” I have is the seating is very limited, but it’s still a great spot to just stop and relax for a bit.

Nice vibe but small shop so seating is very limited, coffee was great too!
Come early! It gets packed right away, but worth the visit. Very beautiful and I usually go for their Chai Latte :)
