The inside of this place is incredibly sterile and depressing, yet it doesn’t seem very clean. I was really excited to try the dairy free sundae, which turned out incredibly bland. I’m quite disappointed and I feel as though I’ve wasted my money. The service wasn’t anywhere close to good.

So the juices aren’t even fresh squeezed for being $7+ a bottle. The superfood fruit bowl was tasty but I wouldn’t waste my money on the juices.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to go to pressed to get a freeze! We walk in and it’s like a sauna in there no AC which sucks for your guests but even more for your workers which is probably why they were in a bad mood with bad attitudes. We walk up to the counter and the employee looks mad to begin with no hello or anything just a stank look on her face. As I’m ordering she kept saying “anything else?” after each word that comes out of my mouth like girl I’ve never been here I don’t even know what y’all have and what are you rushing me for? We were the only ones in there! She was also acting like she couldn’t hear me so I pointed to the big poster that had the single item I wanted and still continued to not know what I was saying like girl turn around its right in your face! I hope you all can hire employees that actually have customer service experience and don’t treat your guests like they’re a bother for even walking in to your store.

I placed an order November 9 for pick up the next day. I received this email saying my order was ready. I drove 45 minutes and paid $32 in parking only to be told by the store that my order isn’t ready and they are unable to process my order, Because they don’t have enough supplies. I must say the staff was not very apologetic and made it seem like it was my fault for showing up. They totally ignore me after being told me my order, wasn’t going to be ready. I asked for the managers phone number and called about 15 times and was hung up on three times.
The green juice is not made fresh they are in bottles. The inside of the store is also not clean. Tables were not wiped down and had spills and stains all over them. This place is overpriced for not having fresh squeezed juice. I will not be retuning.

The lady that was in the back and did not even know I was at the register. I waited close to 10 minutes before she came out. She was very rude and her customer service was awful. I visit Pressed all of the time in Dallas and they are friendly. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered the acai bowl to try it despite seeing a lot of negative reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. The bowl was amazing—very good, very tasty, and I definitely liked it. While I’m hesitant to visit the store in person due to the negative reviews on customer service, I would definitely order again.

Wished I could’ve tried it, BUT DO NOT TAKE CASH !
We came in for a 3 Day Cleanse so we asked a ton of questions and got amazing service. We both decided to do a 3 day so we spent $210 on 36 juices….which took up the whole fridge. So far so good. We are on day 2 of 3 and are feeling great. They have samples in the store and the ones they had didn’t taste bad. The ones that came with our cleanse (Cleanse 3) weren’t all in the sample bin and the Greens 1 and 1.5 are pretty terrible which is why they’re getting 4 stars not 5. I’m already down 3.5 pounds in a day and a half. I’d like to come back and try the acai bowls.

Ok guys fair is fair and here we go. We were all excited to get something healthy for breakfast since everything in Texas is pancakes and bacon. Ok so we go to Google and are all motivated for healthy drinks and boy what a shock. One poor girl working on 6/30/24 11:54 am all alone making 6 family’s bowls and running back and forth. We waited 13 minutes no big deal she’s alone. We used the restroom and the filth and smell and the trash cans inside the restroom had not been cleaned in about 4 days. Such an embarrassment for my guest who were visiting from out of the country. They commented on this place that it looked like a slum shop back from where they are from. What a shame for such a good place in a good shopping area and the unacceptable shape. We paid $30 for 4 drinks and even gave her a tip it’s not her fault the owner can’t put an effort into this business. Poor poor place. Hopefully the owner can reach out so we can give this place a second opportunity and modify my review.

I ordered the Cleanse 2 on 6/12/2024. The Roots 3 juice I received had a best if used by date of 8/23/2017.
Tried a drink…tasted ok, but way too much sugar alcohol. Mango in bowl was subpar.
Don’t recommend.

My wife and I walked into this establishment wanting to try it for the first time and while looking at the menu for roughly a minute we were not greeted by the associate, asked if we needed help making a selection or anything. This is very disappointing that a simple greeting or some type of acknowledgment to a potential customer would’ve went a longer way than me leaving this review. Needless to say we will not be back. If service continues like this, this establishment will not last long here.

We came here for a three day juice cleanse. The juices are fresh and the staff is nice. The day I came, my order wasn’t ready, but they made it quickly no problem. The price for a cleanse is less than Revolution and the staff is much more helpful. I
