Understaffed and overworked? A lady in glasses making the pretzels was yelling and cursing at the other workers. Extremely unprofessional. Uncoordinated and took a long time. They just kept bickering in front of the customers. I ordered regular pretzel bites with cinnamon and the lady in glasses told the other worker to scrape off the salt from the salted bites to complete my order! I understand the stress, but that is no way to treat your workers/coworkers and customers. Do better lady in glasses, I wish I knew your name to call you out.

Female with long curly/wavy long hair was at pretzel maker on June 23 @ 6:10 handling my food after touching her hair multiple time and I confronted her and she immediately washed her hands after handling food. She stated she was off the clock and was just helping. This is not acceptable, especially when she’s handling someone else’s food. I had to get a full refund because I felt unsafe eating what I paid for. The manager in charge at the time was extremely rude and would not give me the owners name. I would think twice before eating here. These ladies were unprofessional and talking about their personal business that customers don’t need to hear. Please save your money and a trip to the hospital.

CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS AND BANK RECORD. The people here are over charging people and hoping no one finds out. Transactions do not match receipts.

Great pretzels but they keep over charging with every transaction by a few cents. even sometimes by a few dollars. get your receipts

6/15/21-2:17PMThe young. girl who gave me my order is SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. SHE TOLD ME THE TOTAL BUT THE DEBIT MACHIBE ADDED $1.50 MORE. WHEN CALLING BACK NO ONE WILL ANSWER 2 MY QUESTIONS.

Mini pretzel dogs were burnt and cold, I kindly returned the item and the employee was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude and snatched the pretzeldogs from my hand. I normally love coming to this place but never again. It's OK to make mistakes, it happens sometimes, but she should have corrected the issue with grace, not an attitude.

Went into today for a pretzel. Decided not to get one. None of the employees were wearing mask.
