I went to Pretzel Maker at Northstar Mall. They passed me to a different cashier than I was lined up at, I ordered mozzarella bites and they were out, so I ordered pretzel bites but they gave the last ones to the customer that was BEHIND ME IN LINE!!!

Dina is an absolute pleasure and an asset to this location!!
This was the worst cluster of "fast food" I have ever seen. Products should be ready for sales, not my order now and my wifes 10 minutes later....
Pretzels were hard. Tasted old.
$10 for a weak cup of pretzels. Move on.
Guys.. 8+ dollars for 8 of these is insane. Pure madness.
This are the best pretzels in the world

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my money…Service was ok, pretzels were awful! We don’t live in SA so when we make it up here it’s always a treat to stop by a pretzel maker to pick up a snack.Never shop at North Star but this time when we’re in the area.Waste of time and Money! Pretzels were old and so hard the birds couldn’t even pock at them without harming their beaks!Very upsetting!!!!
Avoid this place like the plaque. Everything about it is horrible, the staff are arrogant and rude, and the pretzels are horrible and pricy. The other pretzel stand in this mall is much better.

I can barely tell that the Mozzarella bites have any cheese in them. The young man at the register was courteous.
