i order the pretzels bites man i wonder how long they were seating there they were hard never again

Me and my fiancée get the mozzarella bites from here and one of them had hair in the cheese and when we told the lady all she said was oh when you dropped one earlier we already gave you a another mozzarella bite she didn’t say anything else it was gross. Not even a apology or anything.

The lady who took our order was clearly under the influence of some sort of drug. She was slurring her speech, talking exceedingly slow and mumbled every word. Then she proceeded to put her entire arm in the ice machine with no gloves on or anything and grab our ice, and get mad when we ask her to use the scooper that's right in front of her

Lazy employees

The pretzels are delicious but if you come here on a week night light like today the employees close it at 8pm even though they're suppose to close at 9pm.

North Star Mall location: the best and richest salted original pretzel bites we ever tasted. We can't stop eating them!

Went the other morning at 11 am. They looked like they were open but guy behind counter was rude said they were closed. Put a sign up then! Thought they were open mall hours . Either way employee was rude !

I come to pretzel maker every day I've worked in this mall for part time(2nd) job for 2 years .. coming to the job this morning young man seemed irritated when I asked what time they opened he gave us attitude we decided to walk around the mall for him to open and when coming back he not only gave me attitude but gave my girlfriend attitude who also works here attitude and being disrespectful . I believe his shift started around 10 am will still come back because I like there pretzels in cheese but show more professionalism

Very rude and a rip off. Ordered fresh pretzels and got old nasty ones! Instead of fixing the issue she offered a refund! All I wanted was what I ordered! What a shame that this place acts so childish!

The cashier was the most unfriendly person ever. She could have made our experience better but we felt like we were such an inconvenience to her day and that we were wanting pretzels. Every time we come to the mall we come here and have never had any issues with customer service but this cashier didn't make any effort to make us feel welcome but felt more like we needed to order our food and go. When asked what flavors of sauces they had she pointed to the menu and rolled her eyes at us.

Terrible customer service Friday night 9/27/19 around 7:40pm for the young girl who did not want to make the specialty pretzels that had to be made when ordered and they don't close till 9pm. Lazy and just wanted to stand at the register on her phone laughing.
