This mall made me feel like it was going out of business—pretty folorn. Good note: Brianna's customer service at H&M was fiver stars, and I love the Cure tee I purchased. Thank you!

we came like 30 minutes before closing and the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful. she seemed miserable while checking us out even through we were the only people there.

Chick behind the counter needs to learn what it means to work in a customer based environment. I had wanted a 32ct box of bites with all pepperoni stuffed, she told me she only had enough for half, so I asked her well can you make more? Her response?? "Well I'd rather not" like she wasn't going to have to make more anyway after I took all that she currently had, genuinely never going back. Ridiculous.

It was a no for me; they tasted too bland as if they had been there a while, the mini dogs were too chewy like.

I saw the older Indian lady behind the counter drop a pretzel bite on the floor and then pick it up and put it back in with the others. I confronted her, she denied it, I told her I have eyes and she needs to throw that batch away and she said she would but based on the other reviews, she probably didn’t.
1 star is a minimum you can give. Every type they had for sale was undercooked. Not a one had any hint of golden brown color to them. Would not recommend this place at all!!!
Myself, my husband and my daughter all got food poisoning here. We ordered a 16 piece pretzel dog combo.
Its right in my neighborhood, so i visit often---not to shop, but to exercise walk its outside perimeter, occasionally inside. In past year or so its lost 2 anchor stores--SEARS & MACY'S. Still has DILLARDS & JC PENNEY. A lot of turnover with the smaller stores. Has a small food court on upper level. For past couple of years, BOTH mall escalators not operational and presently the lone, tiny elevator is out of service, so mall is not accessible to the disabled or those with poor ambulation, if they want to access the upper level (the only restrooms are on the upper level). Most of the more recent stores are really 'cheap' ones, while most of the better national brands have moved out. There is no theatre or 'full service' restaurant there, and no place to purchase 'adult beverages.' It is a nice, almost 'country' location and plenty of parking.
This Pretzel Maker is the best one I've ever come across! The food is always freshly made and tastes amazing each time and the service is incredible. Such kind faces always ready to help customers and serving the best snacks this mall has to offer. Highly recommend!
My son and I love this place. It’s the first spot we wanted to get to when restrictions were lifted! We have to get our craving satisfied at least once a month. Our favorites are the pepperoni mozzarella bites with pizza/marinara and spicy nacho cheese sauce and their pink lemonade?

They refused to bake a pretzel at 630pm with no butter, saying they have one employee and won't do it when closing in 30 min. I only order without butter due to diet restrictions. Never have a problem with this at Northstar Mall or Auntie Annes. Went in today at 6pm, they refused again even though I requested 3 to make it worth their time, and I purchased 2 large cinnamon sugar pretzel bites as well and came in earlier to ensure I'd be there before 30 min til closing. Employees were standing around doing nothing. Truly don't care about customer service and don't want your business.
Idk what other people are talking about, everytime I go to rolling oaks mall with my boyfriend we get their cinnamon and sugar pretzels and I love’em, the workers are always nice. Sometimes there’s a long line tho
Took ridiculously long. Going to Auntie Annes
Worst pretzel i have ever bought. Cold n tasteless n to top it off girl is rude. I asked her i wanted to pay for large drink instead of regular size n she rolled her eyes. Then she brings pretzel n just put on counter instead of giving it to me. She goes n stands doing nothing. In a hurry to do nothing. 1st n last time i come here. I can see why no customers .
Love this place! Staff are really nice and awesome, fast and efficient! Love the pretzel bites so so much!
