The place itself was nice. Small but nice. The person making juice could have been a little more compassionate tho the customer service wasn’t present. My 7 y/o accidentally dropped his juice right outside the store in the parking lot and instead of them offering another juice on the house I had to pay another 11.50. Spent like $35 on juice SMH. If they had offered another on the house I would have been a repeat customer but making me pay another 11.50 for a child’s accident is just kinda rude and dumb to me I will not be returning. If it was my business I would’ve done that to please the customer, but that’s just me I guess. Nonetheless the juice was good. My son’s juice was missing mint.

I love this place. They don't water down the juice. They have some resources in the lobby to see what your body is needing, juice wise for different issues. People are friendly and will take special requests if they have the produce on hand. I teach juicing classes, and if I don't have time to juice for myself, this is the only place I will go. You can buy packages and cleanses too! You can use your packages for juice, smoothies or bowls.

I love this place! It’s sort of hidden off bandera road but once you know, you know. The vibrant, fresh ingredients burst with flavor, creating a delightful blend that caters to my taste buds. The menu's diversity ensures there's something for everyone, from nutrient-packed green juices to indulgent, creamy smoothies. The emphasis on using high-quality, wholesome ingredients sets Primal apart, making it my go-to spot for a healthy yet delicious beverage. Ask for Chris, tell him Chris sent you.
This was my favorite place to get açaí bowls from, up until this new guy they hired. I'm not sure if he's the one who makes them but they are not the same anymore. The fruit is disgusting ( mushy and not fresh) the bowls don't come with everything they have included on the menu.

Not only am I going here for the Immunity boost shots but for the CONFIDENCE boost you get as soon as you walk through the door! Matthew was super sweet and definitely got my morning off to a good start with the kind compliments! He definitely adds an extra sparkle to the place! :D

We really like this place because it is au natural!There are no additives at all, what you see in the ingredients list is what you get! Everything seems to be made to order and made, of course, fresh. They also have a subscription where you get a set amount of beverages and you call or come in and place your order so it'll be ready for you to grab and go.We got the 'Natures Warrior's and 'Utopia'. De-lish and guilt free!Oh, they also are dairy-free!!Will be back for sure.
