Had to deal with flies around our food..Only saw the person who took our order twice..Everyone else was waiting on us!!!After reporting the fly issue the door was still cracked open???
I recently stayed at La Cantera with friends. I had no plans to eat at Primero Cantina based upon some of the reviews. That would have been a mistake. Though we only had appetizers, they were good. The Tropical Fish Ceviche was delicious, as were the chips/salsa, queso and guacamole. My sister ordered Sangria, which had to be made. She said it was delicious. The service by Giselle was good, we sat outside near the pool.
We had a lovely meal of Tex Mex staples and stiff margaritas. The resort was a pretty back drop to celebrate a retirement. We could hear each other easily and converse. Our server and trainee were excellent which always makes for a great time dining out.
