I'd give zero stars if possible. This place is nothing but a bunch of con artists who lie, cheat and steal from you. Avoid Robert at all costs (the owner).

If you’re a nursing facility and need service done quickly these are not the people lady will not give you an ETA on the phone I’m going on three weeks waiting for a technician to come out and look at my dryer in the meantime I had a washer go out and called for a second service call and this is going on six weeks now have my second washer go out called again and still will not give me a ETA they do not even deserve the one star!!!!

They are just scam. They keep saying “tomorrow” since last week.

Don't use this company, they charge for misc materials on every visit and don't even use them half the time.The lady that handles the accounts receivables lied to me when I called for a service call.She claimed that a check for a payment on a previous balance never got paid,so I looked into my banking statements and found that ProTex did cash it.Very unprofessional, don't waste your time and money with this company.. they will rob you blind and black list you.

Protex has always done a great job at my facility! Protex provides quality work at a moments notice, they've had my back for anything from emergency hvac repairs and replacement to kitchen and plumbing issues, their technicians are very skilled and i would highly recommended their services!

Reckless drivers. Won’t be recommending to anyone. Your driver has set the example of how much safety means to your company.
