The location and condition of the restaurant (building) are the issues. Quality of service and professionalism were top-notch. The dilapidated building somehow affected the overall experience, but not the quality of the food, with the exception of the tator tots. Then again, who goes to Quiznos for tator tots? It's god for a sandwich 🥪 for lunch with your girlfriend. It's not good for a sandwich 🥪 for lunch with a girl who you want to be your girlfriend.

Pickles are extra? Huh? That also means when you say you want everything you DON"T get everything.No napkins for to go order. Should put in with bag vs. having to get them on your own. Don't need several steps. I went in and ordered and the guy said, "do you want everything" and I said yes. Another guy at amother station asked me what I wanted. I told him I was already asked and told first guy and he says well we put the other stuff on here?? Well, why did the first guy ask? SImple logic evades this place? So I just decided to give Kito one more try so this is a second visit contained in the same review. Still in a quandary so I go to order and this time the guy passes me over to the other girl again, even though he has all the veggies in front of them. I guess they decide whether there's some behind or not but either way nothing consistent there. I tell the 2nd peron several times that I want everything but the jalapeños. She puts nothing on the sandwich but lettuce and starts wrapping it up, so I said please unwrap it and put the other stuff. She said that only comes with lettuce and tomato I think and then repeated what I said several times you wanted everything but jalapeños yes exactly so put everything but the jalapeños, but you need an explanation about what everything is I suppose and even though I already clarified it, I had to say it again. Then, they don't ask you what you want on it as far as dressing. Oh, it comes this particular sounds with that dressing. Well can I have some mayo or maybe you should ask if I have some mayo or other stuff that I might want to put on other than as you put it. So guess what they put the mail on now no wonder why these people are nowhere near as popular Subway even though they seem to have a better sandwich I won't put up with this anymore. Second visit another disaster over something that is so simple! I'm not trying for a third time as a charm I'm done. Wow it is ridiculous to be this nonsensical about a basic ordering process.

Love all of the friendly staff and this particular shop has been my favorite since 2000 when my husband was granted being stationed in his home town , I was a dental technician and this quickly became a favorite lunch spot and still is to this day !!

Remarkably cheap considering how fresh and real these sandwiches taste compared to the likes of Subway. But, I would absolutely eat here again on its own merits and not just in comparison to Subway ;) Tasty sandwiches, friendly staff, clean restaurant, good prices. What's not to love?

I order from here a lot. A good chunk of the time my sandwich is fine but they limited what you can add or customize online.
Today I placed an order for delivery. Since I don't have the option to customize anymore I usually call the store and it isn't a big deal.
The woman who answered initially hung up on me twice before we could get past hellos. The second time she asked me to hang on for about 5 minutes. I agreed and ask that my sandwich not be made in that case since I wanted an ingredient left off that is no longer customizable online via DoorDash. She hung up.
I waited, thinking it was a mistake, and called back to ensure it was made correctly then was told that my sandwich was already made, that it can't be remade even though it's wrong, and that I'll have to cancel the order. Extremely disappointed.
Edit: Called the store when I was able to reorder. The woman on the other end took my order and corrected it. I have now received correct sammich.
I love Quiznos and this location did not disappoint‼️ The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.

I walked into this location over an hour before closing. The two employees pretty much ignored me. One was already mopping and closing the lobby, the other, behind the counter, told me they’d be right with me but never actually came back to me. They kept putting the food away from the makeline and wiping down equipment and counters. After almost ten minutes, I decided to walk out and as I did, neither employee acknowledged me. Unfortunately, I can’t review somewhere I received no food or service.

I was pretty excited to eat here, I haven’t had Quiznos in several years given the lack of locations in San Antonio. I placed my order ahead on the Quiznos website for a pickup time of 12:30pm, walked in at 12:25pm and they told me that they didn’t have my order. I spent 10 minutes trying to convince the manager that my order was real and I had been charged. She proceeded to call the owner to talk about what to do. It took them 25 minutes to finally make my sandwich. I could not enjoy the sandwich with what little time remained of my lunch break and had to rush back to work.To my disappointment, the manager did not offer to make the situation better and hesitated to make the food I had ordered from the moment I walked in. Poor service across the board.
