I visited this location and had a great experience with Jessica and her staff. They were all very kind and made sure I had a good experience. As the last Quiznos in San Antonio, I appreciate how hard they’re working to stay open so we all get to keep having their amazing sandwiches (and I dont have to drive to someplace like Houston to do so lol)

My wife and I haven’t had Quizno’s in years since the last Austin location closed. Saw there was a location in San Antonio and stopped in for lunch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the dining area was super clean and inviting. The sandwiches were better than we remembered since the last time we had eaten at Quiznos! Bread was very soft, ingredients were fresh. The two gentlemen working were very friendly, they mentioned that’s the only location in SA. Thank you both for the hospitality and great sandwiches. We are definitely making a trip back for a Quizno’s fix soon! Keep up the great work, thank y’all again!

To be honest, I used to live Quiznos. I had not eaten it in years. It is just not the same anymore, at least at this location.
The location and condition of the restaurant (building) are the issues. Quality of service and professionalism were top-notch. The dilapidated building somehow affected the overall experience, but not the quality of the food, with the exception of the tator tots. Then again, who goes to Quiznos for tator tots? It's god for a sandwich 🥪 for lunch with your girlfriend. It's not good for a sandwich 🥪 for lunch with a girl who you want to be your girlfriend.

Pickles are extra? Huh? That also means when you say you want everything you DON"T get everything.No napkins for to go order. Should put in with bag vs. having to get them on your own. Don't need several steps. I went in and ordered and the guy said, "do you want everything" and I said yes. Another guy at amother station asked me what I wanted. I told him I was already asked and told first guy and he says well we put the other stuff on here?? Well, why did the first guy ask? SImple logic evades this place? So I just decided to give Kito one more try so this is a second visit contained in the same review. Still in a quandary so I go to order and this time the guy passes me over to the other girl again, even though he has all the veggies in front of them. I guess they decide whether there's some behind or not but either way nothing consistent there. I tell the 2nd peron several times that I want everything but the jalapeños. She puts nothing on the sandwich but lettuce and starts wrapping it up, so I said please unwrap it and put the other stuff. She said that only comes with lettuce and tomato I think and then repeated what I said several times you wanted everything but jalapeños yes exactly so put everything but the jalapeños, but you need an explanation about what everything is I suppose and even though I already clarified it, I had to say it again. Then, they don't ask you what you want on it as far as dressing. Oh, it comes this particular sounds with that dressing. Well can I have some mayo or maybe you should ask if I have some mayo or other stuff that I might want to put on other than as you put it. So guess what they put the mail on now no wonder why these people are nowhere near as popular Subway even though they seem to have a better sandwich I won't put up with this anymore. Second visit another disaster over something that is so simple! I'm not trying for a third time as a charm I'm done. Wow it is ridiculous to be this nonsensical about a basic ordering process.

Love all of the friendly staff and this particular shop has been my favorite since 2000 when my husband was granted being stationed in his home town , I was a dental technician and this quickly became a favorite lunch spot and still is to this day !!

Remarkably cheap considering how fresh and real these sandwiches taste compared to the likes of Subway. But, I would absolutely eat here again on its own merits and not just in comparison to Subway ;) Tasty sandwiches, friendly staff, clean restaurant, good prices. What's not to love?
