I would like to say that I went to place the food was mid but what will make me come back is the waiter LAVON he was helpful and kind checked up on us felt like we had a personal connection whith him the food was ok but he is the reason tha I will be coming back to rainforest Cafe so if they let you recommend a waiter plz recommend him he is a wonderful waitress and human being

The waiter was friendly and prompt, and I appreciated everything he did. The food, on the other hand, was not so impressive. My friend and I ordered the "Taste of the Islands" and being literally the only thing my friend and I ate the whole day because we simultaneously started to get stomach aches with other going ons that happen with stomach problems. The restaurant had the smell of a dank swamp duely because it's on the river walk and muggy inside. It's a fun place to take kids, but be prepared to spend $$$ if you've never been there

Being from out of town and going to a tourist spot, I was throughly impressed. Daniel was our waiter and he was attentive, amiable, and helpful. Food was also as ordered and delicious. And...my daughter loved the animatronics especially during the rain showers!

This was my second bad experience there . The first time we dined in with.a party of 5 for my daughter birthday. Service was terrible food was excellent. Second time I decided to do pick up and again service was terrible. I asked for a manager and I heard excuse after excuse never a sorry how can we make it right so I won’t be going again!!!

We came to Rainforest Cafe to celebrate my sons graduation (Air Force) and my daughters birthday. We are from California and the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Christopher G. made our day so memorable and was attentive to our needs. Food was amazing, it's hard to please my mother in law but she was extremely satisfied.

We Came here for my sister's birthday Very good, there was a massive monkey. There were also many people and the food was very good and delicious. Also the lightning/atmosphere was very nice. Also the monkey came alive and made some monkey sound 8/10.
We had Chris G as our server and he was wonderful! Very personable and attentive. 10/10 would come back thanks Chris G for making it a good time !

My little ones love it here. Good food, good atmosphere. They love the tropical thunder storm, it usually happens every 20 minutes or so.Parking: Parking price ranges but you can find some for $10Kid-friendliness: Kids really like it here but I’ve seen some that cry during the storm.

Kids will love it and the food is better than I remember.
I’ve been to this location twice and this second time was the best experience ever. They had very nice service who were very kind and funny. Their food was also great I had the Python pasta which I do recommend. Lastly, their atmosphere was the best experience, staying with a nice forest theme. Overall great job and continue doing what your doing!
