Ordered in drive thru and my order was given to car in front of me. I could clearly see the passenger open box and tell lady the food wasn’t hers. When I asked at front about getting a new order since she touched my food she said she didn’t touch it and I changed the bag. I don’t see how touching a bag means it didn’t get contaminated. Why ask for a name when you give orders out wrong. It’s flu season I don’t want food touched by others. Wasn’t given a sorry or anything just told the bag was changed! And then there was fries hanging out of box clearly showing it was open.

I went in at canes and the cashier was not focus, laughing with coworkers, and being extremely rude. I could tell the people working in the kitchen were all distracted and talking to each other, no one looked like they were working and it seems pretty fun in the kitchen. very dangerous and unprofessional. Not even to mention that they served me the smallest pieces of chicken. I was very unhappy with my experience.

Drive through, Caniac with a half sweet tea and half Lemonade which is Delicious , extra Toast instead of Cole slaw. Food great, Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Food was hot, and tasty 😋
