Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Maybe i went on an off day but the staff seemed very unwelcoming or maybe they're just tired and overworked like the rest of fast food staff so I get it! I do give honest reviews so i'm being honest and i expect to receive exactly what i pay for. I obviously got someone else's order...i paid for extra items and did not receive them. I could not go back i was at work but yeah make sure you check your food before you drive off!

Atmosphere of the place was fantastic, nice and clean!!
The chicken was a bit of a letdown. The Cane’s Sauce also tasted really weird…….not sure how to describe it but different from other Cane’s. The fries and coleslaw were quite delectable on the other hand.

Placed a curbside order and order was ready, arrived and notified that I've arrived, waited in curbside for 45 minutes and called for an update and they said it's ready and will be taken out. 20 more minutes went by and I went to get my order that's been sitting behind the counter cold. Spent $45 for cold tenders.

Asked for a large unsweet tea and a large half and half. They gave me them both small and also didn’t give me my card back :/ I had to park, walk in and ask for it back. I’ll be checking my bank statements from now own just in case they did something to my card.

This was my first time trying Raising Cane's chicken. Went to the drive thru at 6pm on a weekday. There were only 2 cars in line, so the service was quick. Friendly staff. Clear communication through the drive-thru intercom. Sweet tea was great. It's not overly sweet, but just right. Texas toast was tasty. Crinkle cut fries were bland, tasteless, no salt, and soggy. Chicken fingers were ok but also soggy; almost dripping with cooking oil. Tasted very salty. The 3 chicken fingers were very tiny in size. The Cane's dipping sauce was a nice surprise. I heard good things about Raising Cane's, but i was not impressed.

Edit: Raising Cane's corporate contacted me about my review. I gave them all my review information, but they did nothing except demand my phone number. I'm not sure why they couldn't use my email, but I don't give out my phone number to random people. I will NOT go back here again. Bush's chicken is so much better, bigger pieces and not dripping with oil.

Ordered 6 chicken fingers only was 12 dollars and y’all didn’t put in the canes sauce thats y’all’s whole thing part of the reason I don’t come here is because it’s sub par food hiding behind a sub par sauce. Yall had one job. Ultimate fail. If my ward didn’t want this for lunch I would have never come.

Parking: One way that changes also a do not enter that makes no sense.

Alexis , the night manager, had us pull forward from the drive through and sit and wait 20 minutes for our order. It was two caniac combos. Meanwhile, we got to watch the 3 cars behind us get their order before us. Also someone who came in the store and ordered.
She was rude and there was no need for us to pull up. We had already been waiting 12 minutes at the window. We definitely weren’t treated fairly.

We don't have Raising Canes in Canada and were excited to try it!

They were out of coleslaw which was sad. The breading was falling off the chicken and wasn't fully coated... The chicken was super greasy.

I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend it.

I got in the car and was like cane's right away only to be disappointed by the outlandish sarcastic drive thru staff. A simple b.i.b outage turned into a your gonna wait till we do our job stand off. Trying to return a watered down over carbonated soda i was told about thier policy and would get another as i tried to just change the flavor to be faster i dont care what soda i drink just not carbonated water is all. But they closed the door as 3 employees began the process of replacing the b.i.b. that was obviously out which I was also trying to say to the drive through person. I know this is long and I wasn't even going to make a review .....but what I could only think is the way to young to be a shift manager manager when I honked to get thier attention only smiled obnoxiously and gave me a thumbs up....you know the smile and thumbs up it was don't play with me kid I love cane's but this place is nightmare and it's the one by my house. What am I gonna do now. Signed don't play with me in San Antonio
