4 stars on the atmosphere, because I had to return to counter multiple times, ketchup dispenser wasn't working, napkins dispenser was out and ice machine ran out of ice. It wasn't busy but maybe arrived after a rush.

Walked in at opening and I have never seen a crew clean like this idk if its this particular canes or the management here but I was shocked, great job. Dusting the ceiling fans and over hang, wiped all table with care, and one gentleman was spot cleaning the floor on his hands and knees. Food was hot and fresh, customer service was friendly and repetitive, and the place was spotless. I will be telling everyone I know

Very fast service

My kids were on my case all week about getting them some raising canes chicken strips and this location did not disappoint! Very good customer service,the lobby was immaculate, and the customer service was impeccable! 5 stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped in at Raising Cane’s shortly after they opened for the day, and as always, the chicken was hot, crispy, and delicious. The Cane’s Sauce hit the spot, and the toast was buttery perfection. Staff was friendly and the service was quick, exactly what you hope for with a fast casual stop.

The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is the bathroom cleanliness. For just having opened, I expected the restrooms to be clean and fresh, but they already looked like they had been overlooked during the morning prep. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not up to the same standard as the rest of the experience.

That said, I’ll absolutely be back. The food is consistently great just hoping the next visit includes a cleaner restroom to match the quality everywhere else.
