Great pizza, excellent crust. My only complaint was the spinach. I can understand using frozen spinach for calzones, but on a pizza, it was just clumped together unseasoned. I assumed pizzas would receive fresh spinach.

great little place. pizza was good and service was friendly. The Caesar salad is really good but I'd like the lettuce chopped a little smaller.

I wish we’d taken photos but we were so busy eating and enjoying. My husband told me about Ali’s before the pandemic. We hadn’t been as we don’t usually eat on this side of town, but our family was staying in an AirBNB close by and wanted some pizza. My daughter and I shared a 10 piece buffalo wings order and then a thin crust white pizza with spinach, chicken and bacon. The wings are easily the best hot wings I’ve had in Texas. They were crispy and the celery that came with them was super fresh. The pizza was incredible. Their dough is to die for and it was super cheesy. My husband got the meat pizza with Capicola and Genoa salami to name a few. His was delicious. My brother in law got another white pizza, my father in law got the deluxe, and most importantly, my mom in law with dietary restrictions got a side order of pasta, meat sauce and focaccia. Everything was perfect. My favourite pizza in San Antonio is from Stella Public House, but it’s not close by. This definitely is worth the drive if you just want a Friday night pizza for the family. Why spend $25 at Marco’s or somewhere else which is decent but mediocre, when you could get a $25 large pizza from Ali’s that actually is really enjoyable to eat?
