Authentic Jamaican food, it’s the best I’ve had since moving to San Antonio. The jerk chicken and curry goat taste like what you’d eat in Jamaica. There’s a few tables on the inside, there’s parking but you have to get lucky cause there’s a few business on the plaza. There’s an HEB across the street so you might get parking there.
The food was good with the exception of coco bread. The prices are high for what you get.... a ton of rice and a small portion of meet, which was mostly bones for $30, is not worth it, this was take out so you will probably spend $40 per person with drinks/tax. If you want good food at a more reasonable price, you should try Momma Luvs or the Jerk Shaq.
This place was absolutely amazing. Not only does it have a very homey atmosphere but the food and the service were excellent. Our waitress kept tabs on us asking if everything was going great or if we needed anything else. Such attentive service truly. The atmosphere can be mixed if you don’t really like the Caribbean atmosphere, I’m saying the from someone who has grown up in Latino Florida, if you’re not used to the strong smell of food or the lack of air conditioning...
