Decided to Treat My Elderly Father but We were So Disappointed with Our Server. We wanted to Leave from the Beginning. We are Both Veterans..To be Called Man so Many Times Was Disrespectful. The Server Ruined Our Meal. No Draft Beer. I ordered a Frozen Margarita and Turned it Away it looked like a Child Made It..Never got Side Plates for Lobster Dip Appetizer that Wasn’t Great. Never Offered Bread. I told my Dad after We had Dinner that let’s try and not let This Ruin Our Evening..So we Decided on Strawberry Cheesecake. Well, no Cheesecake Either.. I can’t believe I Paid for Such a Shameful Experience. The Portion of the Fish n Chip Friday also left us Wishing we just went to Long John’s Silvers. I tipped 10% which is Unheard of for Me..Because I was a Bartender through College. This is an Embarrassment for a Red Lobster trying to Sell $30+ Meals with such Terrible Service. I still Can’t Believe I Had to Pay Nearly $50 for such a Pathetic Meal..

Food was delicious! Great service, our waiter was awesome. Shout out to my waiter who also welds. Place was pretty clean which makes a huge difference.Only downside was since it was super slow and nearly dead when we went (which was awesome) but, I asked if we could have a window seat & they refused cuz they wanted to stick to the assigned section the server was assigned to. Shouldn't make a difference if the waiter needs to walk an extra 10 feet when the place was dead.Why they assign the back dark (not as pleasant to look at area) to the 1 or 2 servers when the place is extremely slow is beyond me. Should put your server sections in prime spots when its slow so us customers have a more rich experience and something nice to look at.Being a former server myself I've had plenty of times when people requested a preferred table and why not give it to them if the place is dead? I understand if it's a busy day you kinda get what u get but on dead days when you got maybe 5 different groups in the whole restaurant.. why not allow the customer who requests better seating to have that indulgence? This is either bad management or bad on the person who seats you or both.Other than that everything was amazing, and we had such an attractive waiter. Thank you waiter who enhanced our experience by being so great at your job and being the perfectamount of personable. Thanks to the cooks who were spot on.Also side note this was my first experience at EVER going to a Red Lobster.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and several handicapped parking. They might fill up during dinner rush though.

The place is good, quiet, familiar and each area gives you its space and privacy to enjoy your appointments, but the wait is long, and when you enter there are many tables available, just not enough staff to serve all the tables, the food It's good, the drinks are still very good, great flavors.
I waited 10 minutes before someone finally addressed me I only came to buy biscuits and they didn't do that right they gave me plan biscuits without the sauce this blows after waiting 22 minutes for plan jain biscuits ? ?

We both ordered the lobster lovers dream. The lobster topped bake potato was put on mashed potatoes. Broccoli was boiled almost to mush. One of the lobster on both of our plates was under cooked. Texture was rubbery. This location was the worst cook experience. I really hope that the raw lobster doesn't come back to get me later. Server was nice.

Manager has poor leadership skills, couldnt even get me drink correct, the chips for lobster dip was soggy half tortillas and the utensils where filthy even after 2 different sets upon requested. We choose to celebrate our 18 yr wedding anniversary with yall and had enough of piss poor service. We will NEVER go back!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!

When me and my daughters sat down we didn’t get greeted until about 30-40 minutes later. We are visiting from out of town and I didn’t want to just walk out. Upon taking our orders etc we had to ask for biscuits several times and they didn’t bring it until we got the dinner. Also I asked for my steak well done and it was bleeding when I got it. I spoke to the manager and it’s like it was no big deal. I will not be coming back to this location. Such bad customer service!!!
